   Always happy with my nails, but lost a few stars due to payment changing. Used to take cards when they first opened, then it changed to bank transfer and now it’s cash only. I think HMRC need to pay a visit.

   Fist time using Happy Nails so called in the morning and the lady on the phone said it was better tobook so made my appointment for the afternoon. I found the salon clean, tidy and the staff very nice and polite. I had gel nails with French tips as wanted something more natural looking. I had my nails done my a young man called Lee. He was very polite and attentive as I was slightly unsure as I have only ever had my nails done twice! My nails have come out exactly as was looking for. Thank you Happy Nails and especially Lee.

   It’s not how it used to be. When Happy Nails first opened, the service was really good and the staff took more time with your nails. Now that they’re more popular they seem to rush and jump from customer to customer to get more people in. I understand that it is busy however, it feels like they no longer care about being precise and making customers happy and that all they care about is the money. The prices seem to be made up on the spot as a pedicure on the board is £30 but I got charged £40? I’m not entirely sure what they’ve made up but just be aware if you go in you’ll probably have to pay more than what’s on the board, which by the way doesn’t list every service that they provide. I went in today to get a pedicure and I have to say it is not worth the £40. They barely scrub your feet, massage etc which is what they’re paid to do. Half the time they’re too busy yawning, talking to each other or talking to the next customer that walks through the door. My toes also got knocked by the nail lamp which made the polish smudge. I noticed this and told the staff member which his response was that he didn’t notice, mainly because they’re not even focusing. I had to keep checking that he was actually redoing them properly as he missed the smudge on another toe which got knocked. Shocking customer service if I’m honest, if you can even call it that, I won’t be going back after this experience.

   The treatment I requested was SNS £45 a more expensive treatment than what is generally offered. I was extremely disappointed, was rushed through by an untrained staff member who did not speak English, which added to the challenges. Was first given the wrong colour which I accepted, not to cause a fuss for that to chip off and snap my own nails after a few days, Friday to Monday then I returned to speak with the owner “Rosie” who was very dismissive and rude. I was asked to pay again for a full set, shocked I refused which I was shouted at. As you can see from the photos disgusting. The nail colour all over my hands and very crudely done Rosie Was not willing to rectify. Just poor for £45 #happynails you are joking. #knapphill

   I have been coming to happy nails for 4+ years it’s definitely the best nail shop around!! My nails are always perfect and last really well! Staff are all so lovely and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommend! Thank you happy nails :)

   I have been coming to Happy Nails since 2019 and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The team are lovely and always provide an excellent service. I always have a shellac manicure and it’s always great! Couldn’t recommend more :)

   I wouldn’t go to any other nail salon now. I’ve been coming to happy nails for a few years now. All of the staff are lovely and do an amazing job. Even after moving out of the area I still come back to Happy Nails.

   I had my nails done for the first time and omg I love them. Went in for something something completely different to what I came out with but omg they are amazing and I’m glad I chose these. The nail tech done an amazing job and I will definitely be going back when I need infills. I wish I had caught his name because he gets a 10/10 from me and I would definitely have my nails done by him again :)
