   This is the worst appointment I’ve ever had. The guy in the green t shirt was so aggressive with me! He kneed me under the table multiple times, was throwing my hands around all over the place and huffing throughout. He left paint all over my hand and when I asked him to remove the paint he tried to use a file to get it off the top of my hand! Awful experience- he should not be doing nails at all. No technician should be this aggressive. I will not be returning.

   This was my first visit to this salon & unfortunately I wouldn't go back. A nail chipped a day after I had them done - I went in the following day to get it fixed & was seen to quickly but the nail had to be cut shorter as it was weak (basically it should've been cut down the first time then probably wouldn't have chipped), meaning it was then shorter than all the others. The following day another nail chipped - I was having to wait until the weekend to get it fixed but in the meantime that nail & another one broke halfway down. I can't blame them for my nails being weak but I feel this is something that should've been recognized on the initial visit. Even the nail that was subsequently cut down & redone has now chipped (a week after) so unfortunately I don't trust that I wouldn't have a similar experience if I had them fixed again.

   I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon. They insist customers to pay by cash by asking them to go and withdraw at the machine at the coop or bank transfer to a personal account, which is very unprofessional. A legitimate business should have standard payment methods like card. It feels very suspicious of their business. Update: not true - every time I have been to your salon, I've always been asked to pay otherwise than by card so it wasn't just one day. Also, other people I know that goes to your salon say they had to do a transfer to so you are certainly lying.

   Had builder gel done here previously and they didn’t even last a week , despite Lasting 4+ weeks usually . My nail tech was ill, so thought I would give them another try- I Turned up early on a Saturday to get my nails done before holiday and I was sent away as they were too busy. I went straight to knaphill nails who sat me down and fit me in, despite being busy.

   Really lovely friendly people, never feel rushed. Keep to appointment time which hasn't always been the case with previous places I have been where I have ended up waiting a while even when I have booked (which is a bit irritating). Salon is spotless. Nails always look good. I have arthritis and they are always gentle and careful which I really appreciate as again, this hasn't always been the case at other places I have been to.    Stunning, clean and just perfect! Amazing experience last night, it was so busy but they didn’t cut any corners at all. I had the best SNS manicure I’ve ever had (I live in Windsor and travel to Horsell just for this place). The shade ranges are so great, they’re so kind and their Shellac pedicures are so relaxing. Thanks especially to Joe & his brother-in-law for the best experience ever!

   Brilliant little salon! I've been twice now for gel and then powder nails and both have been great and lasted really well. They also paint right back to the skin to cover the whole nail which is not the case everywhere so lasts even longer! Lovely staff, nice, clean environment. Definitely recommend!
