   I went there a couple months ago for a manicure with gel base and shellac and was very pleased with the service I received. However, when I went for the second time i had a different staff member work on me and the quality just wasn’t there. I came with gorgeous long almond-shaped nails, I told her I want the same shape but shorter, but the lady made them very oval and misshaped despite telling her a few times that I want my nails sharper. She cut a few of my fingers when removing my cuticles and I was bleeding even after the appointment. The shellac wasn’t laid evenly either, with bumps and colour difference in places. Overall a completely different experience this time around, I won’t be coming for a 3rd visit. The quality of work between the different nail techs varies way too much.

   I am a regular customer and enjoy the option to have my nails done by trainee. It's less money, I'm satisfied with the quality and service provided. It takes a little bit longer to get them done than by a qualified person but I do enjoy the friendly atmosphere, chatting and cup of coffee whilst he ING my nails done ....so don't really mind it. I highly recommend it....the ladies are very knowledgeable and helped me to stop biting my nails and move from acrilic to bio gel...which is done on my very own nails....it's quicker cheaper and more healthier option. Thank you ladies xx

   I booked at the Nail and Beauty Shop as a treat for my birthday. There wasn’t much conversation between myself and the nail tech and she made my cuticles bleed and also the shellac manicure has not even lasted 4 days. Terrible service and clearly low quality products used.

   I have been coming to this salon religiously for over 1 year, every 4 weeks. I cannot praise the team enough for their outstanding skill and customer service. Everyone is so lovely and able to answer any and all questions regarding their services and make honest recommendations. I first came in by chance to get acrylics removed, and was recommended to start using bio gel due to now damaged my nails were, and since then my natural nails are half an inch long and extremely healthy. I’ve also had my eyelashes done by Thalia and I must say they were the most beautiful lashes using the best products / material, by far the best lash extensions me or anyone else has had. I’ve just had my first facial to start my clear skin journey and the recommendations / information given to me is one of a kind. It’s rare to find people in the beauty industry who really care about how things look / feel for customers however the nail & beauty shop is a rare gem, who never recommend the most expensive service but instead recommend things that work for you. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, however it is 100% worth it plus there’s always reggaeton or Latin music in the background to vibe to :)
