   My nail tech did not speak english. He didn't cut my own nails short enough, so they are visible, the false nails he cut too short and filed them to a really bad lopsided shape. He 'buffed' so much of my own nails it was actually hurting. Too much glue, so all over my skin. Shellac uneven, bumpy & too thick. Nail colour badly applied - all over cuticles & underside of nails. Wouldn't go back, even if it was free. Worst mani ever!

   Nail colour very nice, the owner was very friendly. I was a bit upset when my technician cut my skin on multiple fingers with the nail file because the nail solution seeped into the cuts and it stung like crazy. I didn’t feel like any effort was made to put this right.

   I had been there before and it had been fine but today, I managed to scape for a few minutes of ‘me time’ for a manicure with no crying baby/ children and they have been so rude! Went there with a smile to enjoy the time.. I was treated very poorly and nails don’t even look nice :(

   This is the only nail salon that consistently does my nails to perfection. The standard of the work is the best of any I have been to over several years of having acrylic nails. The team are always welcoming and friendly. It is worth paying a little more for such high quality results. They can always find time to fit me in on days and times to suit my schedule.
