   Had my first manicure, as a dude I just wanted to see whatvmy friends hype and nail addiction was about, had a nice time. Real relaxed, juat kept thinking about how im going to have a good nap when I get home. I can see why my friend keeps regularly coming. I will do this again im sure, thank you :)

   Recently moved to East Molesey and decided to find a closer nail salon than my usual. T Nail Spa is just down the road from me and looked very inviting. I am so glad I made the choice and have fallen in love. The quality of their products is amazing and the staff are all so lovely and talented. The shop is cosy and bright, and doesn't have the usual suffocating smell of chemicals that many nail shops seem to. I would recommend to everyone as such a wonderful place to get your nails done.    I've been going to this nail salon for almost a year religiously now and it's been great, however the last 2 times I have visited i've been really disappointed with the service. On the first occasion, I was made to feel like a real chore and a difficult customer. I am not fussy, and am extremely friendly to anyone I come cross, so this reaction and huffing and puffing when doing my nails made me feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. The most recent time was particularly bizarre. The nail tech was working so fast and aggressively on my nails I felt like I was having my tyres changed in an F1 race. Angrily tapping my fingers when I wasn’t holding them correctly, throwing my hands around, it was strange. The nail tech was not listening to my requests on nail colour and nail art. When I went to get the picture I had brought with me out he said "I've got it" and proceed to do the wrong art on my nails, then was very reluctant and rude when I asked him to change it. I've left really unhappy with my nails, and too nervous and frustrated to ask for any more changes because I wasn't being listened to. This place isn't cheap and getting my nails done is a real luxury that I usually enjoy, so I do expect a level of professionalism from the staff which unfortunately i've not seen in a few months. I won't be going back!

   I would give this no star, very rude staff, my nail boke on the same day as having them done and then another one snapped 3 days later. When i told them they were very rude and offered nothing. I would never go back there!

   Great experience, I’ve been going here for years, the best pedicure in London, highly recommended, the staff are friendly, I always ask for Amy to do my pedicure. Sarah the owner always smiles and is very friendly. Totally compliance with these new Covid guidelines.

   I travel about 30 minutes to get here, because they really are the best. Always so attentive, welcoming & friendly. I am very fussy & a bit of a wimp with the machine (past experiences) & they have been so patient and helpful. I would not go anywhere else. These guys are fantastic!! My nails are always beautiful & I always get complimented on them! Thank you so much!
