Had such a lovely experience today! Honestly one of the nicest nail shops I have ever been to! The staff were polite and welcoming, offered refreshments etc. my nails were done beautifully and the attention to detail was brilliant! Thank you so much! I will be back!!
Booked online price for full set (biab)is £40 I got charged £45 No extras or anything I didn't ask for When you book online it tells you the price and should be charged at that price unless you ask for anything different! shouldn't be charged extra money on top is bad and not professional Added from reply You do not say how much the treatment costs before starting at all so that is just not honest! You do add on and charge extra unexpectedly after nails has been done Basic full set with one colour I got charged £45 Then before I was charged for infills one colour £35: I had no extras or manicure Overcharging other nail shops do not charge this and certainly not for infills at that price usually £26 -£30 So beware customers when getting your nails done here ! Get the price first A full set was charged at £45 with one colour other nails shops don't do this ! If this happens again I am making a formal complaint and will be going elsewhere for my nails Please stop charging extra and add ons when a customer comes into the shop This isn't the first time either !
actually amazing, i got my acrylic nails done here and the service first of all was amazing, super relaxing, super nice staff. my nails aswl im obsessed, they are so precise and if its not perfect they re-do it so your deffo getting your moneys worth. would 100% recommend. the nails i got are below x literally the pinterest picture

I usually don’t write reviews but it was my first time visiting and Helen was just so lovely today. She advised me on a couple different things regarding my nails and was super transparent about prices. She made sure the shape, length and details were perfect, and made me feel comfortable enough to tell her what I wanted different, so she could make adjustments throughout the service. She was also just lovely to chat to. The salon is clean and I love my nails.
The only place I will ever go to to get my nails done! Never had a bad experience, all the staff are amazing and so creative. I’m always so happy with the results and 3 weeks later never any chips or damage. Highly recommend!
Today was my first time getting a manicure at Helen’s and I am so happy with the result! I just wanted something simple and sweet, so I had manicure with gel polish and I got exactly what I asked for. The lady who did my manicure was really gentle, also incredibly kind and friendly. I will be back 100%. When I asked around all my friends recommended Helen’s and I’m glad I followed their recommendations.
