Over the years I’ve found it very hit and miss depending on the staff. I went in yesterday and found the staff exceptionally rude - they asked if I was pregnant and I said no, and then they were all laughing. They were talking about customers and sniggering away, like in a playground. I left feeling like I’d just been bullied. To top it all off when I went to pay they told me ‘being cash next time’ - no thank you or anything. I’ve also done a bank transfer and it’s no problem. As they weren’t the ‘bosses’ there today I think they planned on pocketing the money. Won’t ever go back again!
Got BIAB for my nails and the service was very efficient, the woman helping me made sure everything was perfect, checking things like colour and French tip shape as we went on. Overall very happy with my nails!
Staff were rude and argumentative. My nails were horrible. The acrylic was all lumpy. They were all different shapes. The acrylic is really thick and really way down my nails. The topcoat fell off after three days. All the gel polish peeled off a week after I had them done one of the worst nail salons I’ve ever been to they sliced a woman’s foot, whilst I was getting my service done didn’t apologise they tried to put nail glue on it to fix it. and the acrylic itself started lifting after a couple of days. Do not go here. I would recommend princess nails in Molesey on Walton High Street instead.
the first time I had my nails done by a nice gentleman, they were perfect, but when I went for the second time and a young girl welcomed me, she recommended a more expensive nail polish that "should hold better than the cheaper one," so I did that and took the more expensive one! and attention! After 4 days, the nail polish started chipping and two nails turned darker. I don't know how the varnish started to come off and change its color, but I am very dissatisfied. I haven't had such experiences anywhere before

Really disappointed with my visit. Came today & they asked me to come back in 30 mins. Okay fair enough so I came back 40 minutes later. They then said come back in 30 mins again. I explained that they had just told me that and the lady denied I was ever there! Eventually she told me to sit. I explained what I wanted to the man, they don't do designs, 'only plain'. I asked for matte black then. No matte unless you get shellac. This was my second time visiting, I explained that at my first visit I got shellac and within hours it had started to peel and asked if it happened again this time would they fix it for free the next day (since shellac is more expensive). They argued with me that shellac never peels (I agree it shouldn't peel!) and that I was lying and it never happened (even told them it was a young lady who done my nails and she just looked at me like I was crazy?) I wasn't asking for any kind of discount or anything, just to be able to come back within 24 hours if it does peel! I asked multiple times if I can come back next day if it peels and the lady kept avoiding the question refusing to answer and kept saying it wouldn't peel! Her and the man sitting infront of me then started talking in their language (very clearly about me) then the man said "ok plain black yes". Suffice to say I didn't continue and left the shop. Very rude service and will not be back here.
If I could give 0 I would, because I would not call it a nail salon. I visited the salon today to get my nails done and I’m really disappointed, I’m not going to ever visit this place again. The smell in the salon is horrible, I found it difficult to breath there. I thought I’d power through to get my nails done for holidays... But I walked out really unhappy about the quality of the service. My nails are unevenly filed, shellac is unevenly applied (even on my skin!), and I can see bubbles of trapped air in the paint. I’d genuinely do it better and I’m angry I spent £28 on such a poor service. £28 that were meant to be just £18 as stated on the website... There’s also no way to pay by card.
I called up to get my nails done last minute, they were very accommodating, even though they were really busy. Also, in the busy time, the person who did my nails was very meticulous and checked in with me at every stage to make sure I was happy. I also get nervous at the drills as my natural nails are very thin, and they took their time to only file off the old gel. I will definitely visit again!
