   I had the BEST time! Thank you so much to everyone in the salon for helping me chose the colours that suited my skin. I had such a laugh with Jimmy and even the other customers were helpful and lovely! I’ve found my new regular, thank you!!

   Not a pleasant experience, felt like an inconvenience's to have gel polish removed from hands and feet. Literally only used the electric file, an emery board and buffer. No conversation, No hand-cream, No nail shaping and all for a glorified price of £30, acceptable price with an nice nail file shape and a little cream with a pleasant smile (that costs nothing!) - didn't seem to be on offer from my server. Won't be back in a hurry!!!

   Not impressed. I called to check the price for pedicure and shellac. They said £48. After treatment, they asked for £50. I told them they had changed the price and asked why. They said it was deluxe with no apology! Surely, they would have known that before. I know it's only £2 more, but that's not the point. They changed their mind, so I don't trust them now and won't go back. They don't look like they're particularly enjoying their work either.

   The service is good and the workers are very friendly. However, I showed them a set that I wanted and the woman did seem like she couldn’t recreate the set. They had the wrong colours and what I wanted I surely did not get. Both hands were completely different and the nails had a deep curve. Was not happy and unfortunately, I will not be returning

   Decided to try this salon on a whim as I couldn't get an appointment at my usual place, so happy I did! The service was excellent, very friendly and polite staff, they are following all the covid guidlines. This will now be my regular nail salon!
