Never had my acrylic nails taken off so poorly, and was cut in two places whilst she was filing. Very painful and an extremely poor service, shall not be going back here. Wasted money which I will now have to get rectified at a nail salon that knows what they are doing!
Unfortunately, I have been to quite a few salons and I know what a proper manicure and pedicure should look like. Failing to clean under my nails on my hands and feet, having to tell them to treat my cuticles and not rush through their sloppy process, is why I will never return to this place. Highly unprofessional and not worth what they charge. I will happily travel to pay the price for a better outcome. Truly disappointing.
This is not my usual nail shop but I had to use it for convenience and I regret it so much. The lady is so rude she did a infill put the powder on and didn’t even file with the drill after she just buffed my nails and painted them!!! She charged me £3 extra to change the shape of my nails and then the shape wasn’t even how I asked for it to be…. The infill took 20 minutes and I was charged £31 I was Soooooo DISAPPOINTED I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE!!! DO NOT USE THIS NAIL SHOP THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL I don’t even know where they learnt to do nails they do not care about clients being happy or satisfied with their nails they just rip you off!!! SCAMMERS
WORST SALON AND SERVICE EVER!! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star the lady is absolutely rude and never has customers, well now I know why! She sits on her phone and does two people at once which is totally unprofessional. Also rips you off with prices and makes them up as she goes along.nails break and snap and doesn’t seem to want customers even if empty.
Best nail salon I have been to. The service was fast and efficient. I loved my full set hands and feet. Made me feel so good for my holiday. I needed them removed as soon as I came back and my nail tech got them done! We have a right laugh too!

First time here and I did risk it considering the nail Salon in Ruislip manor damaged my nails so bad and even though I payed the extra I was pleased with the service and finish. I would recommend this place simply from my own experience today.
