   Terrible place — I would not recommend it. They cut my toenails far too short and at an angle, causing them to bend and look awful, like a child had done them. When I raised this issue, they argued with me about paying full price and even tried to blame my nail growth. If that were the case, why wasn’t the other foot affected? They lack basic skills and do not perform manicures properly. My nails were cut incorrectly and carelessly.

   Such lovely people who work there an they r amazing at wat they do! I highly recommend them make u feel comfortable an put effort into everything they do. My little girl loves to go there too an they r always happy to see us they remember all their customers as which is so lovely the greetin u recive wen u arrives is lovely

   I asked a simple hygiene question about how their tools are sterilised, and the staff immediately became defensive. Instead of showing that the drill bits or metal tools had been disinfected, they pulled a used bit out of a drawer and insisted they “don’t need to show sterilisation for gel nails.” Another staff member told me that salons in this area “don’t do that,” and one even suggested I go elsewhere. Any salon that refuses to demonstrate basic hygiene practices is a concern. If a customer can’t confirm whether tools are cleaned properly between clients, that’s a red flag. I left and won’t be returning.

   Honestly the worst experience ever. Couldnt go to my normal nail salon, FiveStarNails on Coldharbour lane, cos they were unfortunately really busy so i tried this place. It was just such a mess, so uncoordinated. I was shocked at the customer service experience from the nail tech next to me. His client was struggling to speak english and couldnt explain what she wanted, he got so frustrated w her started huffing and puffing and LITERALLY DEADASS asked her “can you even speak english” then went on and raised his finger up at her and told her to shush/stop talking. Even tried to get me involved but bro I was like dont even talk to me. Disgusting manner to deal with your customers in. My nails broke within a week, the shine lasted two days and i thankfully went back to my normal nail salon. They even recognised that my nails were done using low quality products. Dont go here, just go to fivestarnails cos its literally down the road, better service and the same rates.

   I got my nails done here and they ruined it twice. Lady pricked my finger and was so aggressive when I told her she hurt me. The nail polishes are out of date as it was bubbly. They didn’t even shape the nails the way i wanted. Not worth it at all. They charged so much for this bad service.

   The Nail technicians here are very rude and lack customer service skills. The man that was doing my nails charged me £5 extra for the length of my nails which were not even long at all. I get my nails done the same length all the time and never have I been overcharged for it. Will never come back here again.
