Came in this morning after a really bad experience elsewhere. Tony fixed my nails and did such a beautiful job! The salon was lovely, really friendly and welcoming and staff seemed to know everyone’s name as they came in the door which was lovely. I’ll definitely travel to start coming here in future. I had a fantastic experience at Five Star Nails! The salon is clean, welcoming, and has a lovely atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and really attentive to detail. My nails look absolutely perfect – the shape, polish, and finish are exactly what I wanted. They took their time to make sure everything was done to a high standard, and I never felt rushed. It’s clear they care about their customers and the quality of their work. I’ve received so many compliments already! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Five Star Nails to anyone.
The best nail salon in Ruislip! All of my family use this salon, we love it. Tony and Chloe (business owners) are so friendly and hospitable, with very professional service. I regularly have acrylic with shellac colour and a luxury pedicure - the best part of the pedicure is the hot stone massage and steamed towels. Thank you! Toni xx
The best nail shop I've ever used and I've been to plenty over the years. The service given here is outstanding and treatments too. The give you a hand or foot/massage at the end of your manicure or pedicure and with a hot towel and stone too which I've not seen at any other salon if used on the past. I've been going here for the past year and even though no moving out of the manor I will be still returning for my nails here. They recently did my wedding nails and I was so happy with them and everyone loved them too.
They are always booked and busy which is a good thing. A lovely bunch of people, did a wonderful work on me and my friend’s nails. Took their time , understanding wat we wanted and did exactly wat we asked for and that too perfectly and trying to converse and make us feel comfortable. Came here on a colleague’s recommendation and it was so worth it. Would totally recommend. Sometimes Ull have to wait a lot but again that means they’ll take that time with u as well.
Disappointed with service and end result. The lad with tight curly hair lack customer service training. The gel started peeling off in less than 12 hrs went back he was rude repaired it and it was off again in 6 hrs. I think the gel he was using was dried up or finished. I mentioned it to him but be brushed me off. You visit this salon at your own choice as its likely you will get the same result.
I am somebody who constantly has acrylics and have tried many different nail shops around Ruislip. It was my first time here and I am shocked at how bad my nails are, the acrylic was laid in different thicknesses and the nails was not laid horizontally on my nail bed but sticking up at an angle. He gave me a discount of £3 because he knew how bad they was, I was on my way to work and it took 2 and a half hours just to do acrylics (I got gels so it shouldn’t take this long). 2 weeks later I took the nails off and they was GREEN. Absolutely shocked at this, I went back to the shop and he refused to help me and only offered me 15% off a new set. Disgraceful, the customer service was bad and I would not recommend this nail shop at all, go to GRANDIOSE instead it’s way better and cleaner.
The worst nail salon I’ve been too! I booked my appointment for 10am, When I walked in I didn’t even get greeted they all just stared at me I sat there for 20 minutes and nobody even said anything. I then explained my parking finishes in 2 hours so they decided to get started. They also booked 3 other people at 10am and they also sat their waiting. I explained I wanted acrylic nails and pedicure. The nail tech decided he didn’t want to do acrylics and put gel powder( found out when paying) and then had to go renew my parking as I had to wait again for my pedicure. When it all finished they quoted me £80 when it clearly says £25 for acrylics and £25 for pedicure. When I questioned him he laughed and said no you had gel powder and they added additional for having white tips. None of this was explained to me. My nails started falling off 5 days later so they done a awful job and definitely not worth £80! They rip you off and charge you whatever they feel like charging! Their service is awful and I will definitely not be going there again. Please avoid. I witnessed them say their card reader is broken and then started taking cash from their customers and then they allowed another customer to pay by card. So please avoid this place.
Giving this appalling nail shop a 1 star is too kind for the disgusting service I received. They have only three members of staff working ( due to high staff turnover) they are over booked and money hungry. They will literally lie to customers to get the business, my nails were rushed and all different shapes and sizes. The original owner Danny has “retired” and there is now a pathetic ignorant man running this shop in to the ground. Customer service is non-existent in this place! They talk in their mother tongue non stop and Over charge customers for mediocre nails. I confronted this pathetic manager regarding the pricing of the nails and he had no shame in defending his poor behaviour. They would charge you for the air you breathe in the shop if they could. I have been very loyal to this shop despite the rudeness over the years- which other comments reflect. I would recommend you stay clear of this money laundering shop, he doesn’t deserve the clientele for the poor ignorant service they provide. This shop will shut down by the summer mark my words! #karma
