Always have BIAB manicure and gel pedicure, Diamond Nails are fab. Great customer service, nothing is too much trouble.
Terrible service and the way they painted my nails was worse than when i do it myself.
Just left this salon for the very last time - had an expensive Shellac experience last weekend and within a week one of the nails has lifted and needed to be replaced. The lady owner huffed and puffed and was clearly discussing me with her colleagues which is simply rude. Tired of paying good money for sulky service.

Lovely people, very friendly, very efficient and take an interest in the customer, remembering their chosen colours etc …they transform my hands and feet with beautiful gel nails and a pedicure..won’t go anywhere else!
Had a gel manicure. I seriously question the level of hygiene In this salon, nothing looks or feels clean and the lady removed my gel polish by scraping it off using her own finger nails, so any bacteria under her nails then scraped onto my nails and vice versa - absolutely disgusting, this is what professional manicure tools are for. Will not be returning.
I've used Diamond Nails on and off for around 6 years now, always amazes me how lovely my nails look after. The shellac is UH-MAZING. Totally recommend.
Staying loyal to Diamond Nails. They are so friendly, remember your name and make conversation. I first went to Diamond Nails 13 years ago. Still love going in there and they have welcomed my 3 year old who wants to be like mummy and have her Nails done. My mum also travels from Leicestershire because they are so friendly.
Visited as a walk in on a Friday evening. Very friendly staff who saw us right away. My little one (who is 3) had her nails painted and they were great with her, she really enjoyed picking out her colour and sitting in the chair to be pampered! The staff were chatting to her and made her feel so welcome and special. I had a manicure and shellac, which was quick and fantastic! The staff, again, were great, but so were the other customers who interacted with my little one about her nails, which made it an even better experience for her. Prices were brilliant for my nails. We will definitely visit again. Thank you for making my daughter's first nail visit special for her.
