   Have been going for a few years and always have a great service. It's clean, efficient and good value for money. The shellac process they use doesn't chip and lasts about 4-6 weeks. it grows out rather than chips. I'm not sure what people want from a nail salon if not a good quality file and polish, which is what you get here.

   If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I visited this salon for BIAB nails, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in all my years of getting my nails done. The man who did my nails clearly lacked the proper skill or understanding of BIAB the finish on my right hand is lumpy at the tips, and when I pointed this out, I was told it was simply the “shape of my nails.” That response alone was unacceptable. To make matters worse, one nail chipped soon after, and when I returned to have it repaired, I was told I’d need to wait over an hour because customers having full sets were being prioritised. This wasn’t my first issue. On a previous visit (6 October), I was quoted £30 for a simple normal polish on my toes — a clear attempt to discourage me from booking, as they had other preferred customers waiting. I have been getting my nails done since I was 17, and now nearing 50, I can confidently say I’ve never been treated so poorly by an establishment. The customer service is appalling, and the attitude is dismissive and unwelcoming. If I were you, I’d avoid this place entirely. It’s clear they choose who they want to serve and unfortunately, that doesn’t include people who look like me.

   Honestly can't understand all the negative reviews! For context I went around 4:30pm, it was fairly quiet which meant no wait. I had my nails soaked and a new gel set done and I think they look great. My nails were done very quickly but were still very well done which I was very happy with. I was listened to when asked the shape and length I wanted and they look exactly how I wanted them to. The lady doing my nails was also friendly throughout. There is a big sign when you walk in that says CASH ONLY, but I didn't bring any so did a bank transfer which was fine with me. I'm not sure if people in the reviews are just not used to this, but most places I have gotten my nails done are exactly the same payment-wise, so to me this was normal and I had absolutely no problem with it. If you don't bring cash and don't want to bank transfer - that's on you. I didn't check the prices when I went in to be honest so had no idea how much they would cost me, but I paid £23 which I think is very reasonable for a soak off and new set. Overall I am really happy with my nails and I will be back!

   I don't really understand all the bad reviews on here... Every time I go to get my nails done, I get a great service and am really happy with everything! I think they are welcoming, very thorough to make sure I like my nails and very good value for money! 10/10!

   I thought I would try a local shop, and when I got there and they asked me length of the nails, I said the length I wanted but they made them so short. Wasn’t worth arguing with them because I didn’t think they would re do them. Then they didn’t even check all fingers have same length. Compared to my normal nail salon a really poor experience and won’t be visiting again

   WORST customer service. Never been treated this way at any business ever. Older lady is awful - she was racist and yelled at us, after getting the price wrong herself. She had no patience and the experience was one of the worst I’ve had. When confronted, she continued to yell in my face when I talked calmly. Everyone is absolutely correct in their judgement. Will not being going again when there are other places nearby in the same price range.

   The owners are extremely rude, I was just saying to the owner (man) to please adjust one of my nail.. he didn’t respond… I thought he didn’t hear me. I said again, he shouted at me to keep quiet… How rude was that.. I told him, he has no right to speak to customers or anyone in such manner. Instead of fixing the nail with putting more power to adjust, he kept filing my nail so short, so I end up with one short nail than others. They made my mother cry before, she has poor vision one eye, she asked the lady owner to help to differentiate the colour… she shouted at her. This is not her job even my mum said she struggle to see. I booked my mum a treat after long lockdown of covid and she had to be treated this way. They are horrible people and many times I had to return for poor job done with my nails. I always want to help local businsss, but definitely not them! I will heading to other place now!
