   The second time I’ve had my nails done here and I’m so disappointed. Both times done by the same guy. First time I had shellac done and wanted a design got half way through and the guy said he couldn’t do it. Even though I showed him a picture and he and agreed to it. So he couldn’t do it, I accepted. Picked a single block colour because it worked for him. And at this point was ready to leave due to the amount of time wasted. Instead of taking the current polish off and prepping again. He took off the current polish and straight away put shellac polish on my bare nail. That peeled off the next day. I couldn’t go back to get this redone as I was booked away for a week the next day. Again now my latest experience Friday 3rd May (same person) I went back because this time I just needed natural colour on my hands. I thought what’s the worst that could happen…. It’s so simple! Between coating he didn't dry my hands, instead put my hands over a vent in the table. The speed he was doing my nails there was no way it was drying a suitable degree to go from colour to clear polish that quickly. Next day now it again peeled off. The service is so rushed and no attention to detail. Wouldn’t recommend. (Purple colour most recent)

   The staff at jute were very enthusiastic and did a great job doing my pedicures and acrylic paints! They have very good technique to satisfy the most demanding guests. The price is reasonable, which is a plus. I will definitely be back! !

   Despite trying many others in the Stanmore area, this has been the greatest for the years that I have been going here. They perform any style stunningly. Pedicures are good too, and the cost is reasonable. Whenever possible, try to visit during the week because weekends are often busy with appointments.
