   It was my first and definitely my last visit to this nail salon. I booked a gel extension and a pedicure with a French tip. During the pedicure, the technician cut my foot with a file. She was constantly looking around instead of paying attention to what she was doing. The cut was small but deep, and it took nearly three weeks to heal. When you go to a place like this, you expect professional service and trained staff who know what they’re doing. As for the gel extensions, I was also disappointed the nail sizes were not adjusted to my hands, which made them look wide and unflattering. On top of that, they weren’t filed properly and had many uneven edges.

   I had a very bad experience and the employee was disrespectful and did a very bad acrylic filling for me. My nails broke after 10 days and the dye fell off my nails. I paid 30 pounds for the filling. Before, it was better service. But now they are trying to reduce the time and add a little gel to the filling to make the nails break after only a week. This is not fair at all.

   Only place I will get my nails done. All the workers are delightful and kind (also remembering their returning clients from small details about their family to what nails they tend to get). Quality of nails is excellent as is the nail art. They made amazing adjustments for my grandmother who had a broken shoulder and wasn’t able to move. Definitely recommend!!

   Nail art was not as the picture I had shown them...but this was rectified by being offered a refund for the nail art as I was not happy with it. I had two therapists complete my manicure as they had accepted more walk-ins than staff working so I was left waiting in between the therapists being ready. When the second therapist had come to do my nails, he tried to change the colour that I'd chosen for my nails. I had wanted an OPI colour and he proceeded with trying to paint my nails in a different brand and a total different colour! After the third time of telling him, he finally changed to the OPI colour I had selected. This has never happened to me before... I was also rudely asked to hurry up to chose a colour for my nail art as there were people waiting after me...which was quite shocking. I don't think I'll be returning To clarify...not at one point when I initially showed the nail art, was it noted that the colours I had shown weren't available/there would be differences to the photos. I had to settle on the colours that had been done as the man was quite aggressive in his demeanor telling me people were waiting and no help was offered when I asked for alternative suggestions. No one had an appointment booked- they were all walk-ins. If the therapists don't have time then they shouldn't accept additional walk ins and provide a sub standard service.

   Did really bad nails. before they were cut asked if i could have my nails longer and she cut them shorter. i assumed that was a misunderstanding so moved on but the shaping of the nails was awful! the tips look like little bumps…so disappointed because they were for an event. then she was rude throughout; hit my hand and then overcharged me despite me always coming in and getting my nails for almost half the price. her colleague originally put the price i’ve always paid and she came and told him to change it never again - very unprofessional

   I would definitely recommend the Nail Lab. I had gel extensions with shellac varnish which was done brilliantly. I didn't like the colour I chose on 4 of my nails (my decision), I called the Nail Lab back after an hour and said I was not happy with my choice of colour, they told me to come in and they would redo the 4 nails, I said I didn't mind paying but they did it for free, I walked out over the moon with my nails and the service was amazing. Thank you :-)

   Absolutely love my nails! Never had acrylics before so I'm not sure if they're done 100% properly but they look and feel really good! One finger is smudged but I think it's my fault. Didn't wait too long before being served. Very nice staff too! I wasn't sure if they'd be able to do the design I wanted but my nails turned out exactly how I wanted!
