Went for a manicure and pedicure. They rushed the former to the point where they missed out some of the steps. I saw with another customer they took a lot of time and care so service is hit and miss. The prices fairly reasonable but not if you don’t get what you paid for.
I went in today and the person on phone clearly said £28 for infills and shellac then I go there and they asked 35! I even clarified price as I sat down!!!! She said yes it's £28! Would definitely not go back if I can go to Nails inc in N hills for 27 and get a loyalty card!
I went for a manicure today found the staff to be very unprofessional. Very unclean did not clean the things that she was using to do my manicure very disappointed. Also I agree with the previous client saying about them speaking in their own language was very annoying. I will not be going there again.
I first started to go here as I work around the corner from them so it was handy for me but as I become a regular they just seemed to be less bothered about what I wanted & if I asked for anything different each time I felt like I was annoying them & they would speak between themselves anytime I’d speak. And there’s one lady in particular that just stares at you like she’s angry lol. And all staff are just so rude & miserable for how much it is. The past 2 times I’ve got my nails done 1 or 2 broke within a few days so I now refuse to go back. The reviews make so much sense and are very true.
Not great at all. Just came back and the lady seemed in a rush (it was not busy). My nail chipped too, so was not dry properly. In addition, she was really rough digging nails in and seemed in a bad mood.
Family run business which I have followed for the last 10 years. Doesn’t matter where they open - I will go!! The service is amazing, the staff are lovely and whatever design you want/latest trend - they cater for everyone!!!
Honestly, if I could give them less than 1 stars, I would. I have been here a number of times as it is super locak to me and they always give me a reason not to go back - even though I do (not anymore). 2. Their communication is absolutely poor. They expect you to like whatever they do to the nails and even if you disagree, they’ll say something to get over it. 3. Extremely rude. 4. The nail designs and shapes are not always how you ask them to be. 5. And today I went to get my nail’s removed very early in the morning. I saw the lady stick on a new price on the board and as I went to pay, she states it is £17 to remove nails?!! Excuse me? I used to pay £10 and I asked her why she changed the price sticker on the board- I literally saw her do it and she kept denying it. Unfortunately as it was super early in the morning, I did not have any other customers apart from their rude staff to vouch for this situation. Apalling! £17 to REMOVE ha. Never again.
Went for my ‘holiday nails’. It is a typical style of nail bar - but good selection of colours, nail options and service was fine. They worked miracles with my nails (they looked excellent) and lasted 3 weeks! I can’t understand some of the reviews I’ve read - I’ll definitely be back!
The staff are incredibly rude, have made my nail beds bleed on multiple occasions, and are overpriced for the standard of services they provide. They are always rushed, don’t do a proper job, and on my most recent manicure, the polish came off within a day. They refused to refund or redo my nails. I do not recommend. Unique nails in Pinner is a much better and friendlier service. Avoid this salon at all costs.
Poor communication with the client ,hard time understand because staff English level is very poor ,2 staff members was shouting in each in their language like on some fish market with the salon full of clients. I have showed picture of the nails I want but the final effect was completely different ,my nails did look like they have been done by the 5 years old …In the end I asked to do them again because they did look awful , the lady end up doing my nails in completely different color then I chose ,in the end I just give up and decided to accept the color because the visit took too long then I planned and I don’t think this lady had any professional qualifications to do nails . Staff should really think how they behave in the front of the client,beauty salons are place when client should be able relaxed not listening staff shouting on each other . I have been there twice before and 2 previous visits was okay my nails has been done nicely but the different staff ,not sure what is going on there with the pricing my first visit I paid £30 ,second £38 and the last one £32 each time refill and color only . It would be good idea if salon agreed to one price as there is only cash payment accepted it is hard to guess how much cash I should have with me as each time I paid different price .
