   I’ve been coming to this nail shop for many years and I always have a great experience. The staff is consistently so nice and accommodating, and they really make you feel taken care of. Particularly Henry who does my nails to absolute perfection every time, he’s detail-oriented, patient, and always makes sure I leave happy. I walk out loving my nails after every visit.    Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Unprofessional Treatment I am very disappointed with the service my 12-year-old daughter received during what should have been a simple manicure. She went in alone for a basic manicure (no nail polish), and was charged £15 for a service that was rushed, poorly done, and lacked any care or attention. It’s clear she was not taken seriously simply because she attended by herself and is a child. This kind of dismissive attitude is unacceptable. Every customer, regardless of age, deserves respectful and professional treatment—especially when they are being charged full price. The results were far from what you would expect from any beauty salon: her nails were uneven, the cuticles barely touched, and the overall finish looked careless. I would not recommend this place for children or anyone expecting basic respect and decent service

   Good place but they can overprice you if you’re new. You have to know how much is what prior coming as I was charged £90 for an infill for my toes and hands…AN INFILL got nails which was done by them as well. Sadly will not be returning but the nail came out beautifully

   Gel nails are fabulous quality! Lasted me a solid 4 weeks at least, when gels from other salons barely lasted 3! So many people have commented on how nice my nails are. The growth and strength of my nails has been so good since coming here!

   Excellent service. Regularly had pedicure's over the summer, enjoyed sitting in those large chairs having a back massage and feet done. So relaxing. With a manicure to finish off. As per normal, nails always looked fantastic. Very professional and spotlessly clean salon. Very friendly staff.
