As there is no way to respond to business’s message I’ll respond here - yes i definitely came to your place, and yes it was definitely at your place that I was served and treated so badly. According to you and your wife, the nails on the pics were ready to be painted. Disgraceful.
I’ll give them 0 starts if it was possible. A truly awful experience, the whole prep took no more than a minute, the old layer was barely removed, just a touch, the same with filing - quickest job ever - uneven, different length of nails. Rude staff (owners) who insisted on a job well done, and refused to make it better. I left with nails undone.
Tony and Hannah are incredible! This is not your typical “chop shop,” it’s a family run business that takes the time to ensure quality service and care for clients. They stayed open late so my mother and I could get our nails done together and they did an excellent job
Just had a full set of acrylics and a pedicure with shellac. Anna and Tony are amazing people, very kind, very welcoming, great prices and will definitely be coming back again!!
Since discovering Toni and Hannah’s salon I won’t go anywhere else. Very professional and clean with consistent service. I have very weak nails and in the past never been able to use shellac more than twice in a row. They take such good care of my nails and give tailored care for each customer’s nails. I have now been using Shellac for 9 months now and my nails are still in great condition. Their pedicures also consist of full foot care and my heels feel like baby skin afterwards. Im totally booked and my daughter loves their nail designs. Every time she goes she gets a new design on her nails. Definitely the best salon I’ve ever used.
Very friendly team and Tony produces cute designs. First time having my nails done. I’ll be going back :)
I have been using Tony and Hannah for years I highly recommend them. The salon is lovely and clean . I like that there are only two stations so it feels extremely safe.
