   I've been going there for many years. Today I felt rushed and I asked the technician to do three coats on my nails so the would match my toes. He didn't and I believe I was over charged to paint my toes she charged me £35 and £ 30 for my fingernails I didn't have a pedicure. This seems a lot and I'm not happy with the results . I didn't find them very friendly and there was a negative energy.

   I've been visiting Katie's Nails for acrylics since moving to the area earlier this year, and am always so impressed with the top customer service. The technicians are super friendly, always offer teas/coffees, and ensure you leave 100% happy with your nails. Amazing selection of colours and their value for money is great (especially with the loyalty card system) - best salon I've visited in London.
