I’ve been going here for the last 2 years and it’s the best! All the staff are super friendly and Chloe always does a speedy job and absolute perfection! Would definitely recommend.
After years at my previous salon, I decided to give this place a try since it was in a much more convenient location for me - and I’m so glad I took the plunge! From the moment I walked in for my first appointment, I was absolutely impressed by their professionalism. They really delivered excellent service. I’ve now been here a handful of times over the past few months, and each visit has been consistently fantastic, and their service is outstanding. I’ve been getting BIAB treatments, and the results have been remarkable. I’ve managed to grow my natural nails notably longer than they’ve ever been / the transformation has been amazing! The staff is sweet and knowledgeable, the salon is clean and welcoming, and their work speaks for itself. I’m absolutely convinced that switching salons was the right call - they’ve really won me over! This place deserves high praise!
I just had my nails done today and wow they’re incredible. The nail technician took so much time with me making sure they were perfect creating the exact nail art I wanted - will definitely be returning next time
I started getting my nails done at HiroHiro nails in January 2024 and I haven’t looked back since. Chloe and the team are always so lovely, warm and friendly. They have really helped me grow my nails from short stumps that would never grow, but on their advice switched from Shellac to try Biab and I have now managed to grow my nails lovely long and strong. I also love that the salon isn’t hustle and bustling like a cattle market like a lot of Salons I have tried over the years. And is a lovely calm relaxing place to get your nails done. It’s always a plus too to when you get to see Moochi the Pomeranian! Would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere nice and relaxing to get your nails done that last!!!!!!

I used Hiro Hiro Nail Salon today for the first time (I’m local and wanted to try somewhere new) and had a really positive experience. I initially chose shellac but after complimenting one of the girls on her nails, she recommended the BIAB system as it’s more chip-resistant than shellac. I love the colour and shape and found the technician to be friendly and careful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be a returning customer; thank you and welcome to St Margarets:)
I've always been known to have long nail beds and even though I asked my nails to be shortened, I didn't expect them to be cut back to the effect that I'd have nails like a 7yr old with amateur painted nails. My manicure was hugely rushed and I was even asked what shape I'd like,but I ask , what's the point if you're not going to ask how much to cut them back by and are going to chop them as you please? Im sorry , it goes to show that this new outfit in St Margarets is all sparkle but no substance. Having well presented shelving, a white interior well lined up doesn't mean you're a dab hand at manicures and pedicures. They don't know about nails and do as they please. O and yes, I had the privilege of paying £33 CASH ONLY for the record time service.
A week ago, I have traveled to London with my girl friend. because we are hungry so she forgotten her nails. We were lucky to found a nails store around it. She satisfied with her nails after. Nice store and friendly staff. Thanks store
Did both shellac manicure and pedicure. None lasted more than 3 days. Very disappointing!!! The gentleman doing it was not very precise, when asked to be a bit more gentle he smirked and carried on. Each nail was filed differently so it looks horrible. Do not recommend!
