   Worst place ever! Do not go here to get your nails done! There nail polishes are so old and out of date. I had shellac done yesterday and after a few hours it went patchy. I went back to tell them and Tony one of the nail techs was very rude to me and started shouting. They took my nails off but refused to redo them. They are fake and nice to you in front of your face but then talk amongst each other in their own language and it’s so obvious they are talking about you. Not genuine people at all and all they care about is the money. You’re treated like shopping on a conveyer belt! Do not waste your money!!!

   Been coming here for 5+ years. Always happy with my toes and hands. Descent prices compared to other nail salons in West London. Although they dont speak great English or offer teas and coffees, for the price knowing an infill and pedicure can be pricey, Il go without the drinks and ambience! Knowing so many salons have upgraded, in terms of style and many speaking English, they are slightly under behind. Yet who cares when you just want your feet and hands done!

   0 for customer service, they speak and understand very very little English so it's hard to communicate. There is no ambience, no music playing or working TV. Everyone just sat silently however the staff are all busy speaking loudly on the phone with airpods in their ears. Rough handed and definitely not suited to work on delicate soft hands and feet. I was horrified when they attempted to use what looks like a large cheese grater on my feet that hardly required any work. I normally pay £100 for both hands and feet in westfeild, this local joint came in at £65 but their lack of attention to detail and poor customer service and the gel residue I have on my cuticles leave me not wanting to return. :(

   Honestly, this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this place I’ve got acrylic nails done which already took three hours because they were understaffed and the person who did my nails was very unexperienced. They haven’t even lasted me a week I’m disappointed and this was a waste of money.

   It's the best experience for me. I have the shellac pedicure and fullset shellac as well. The staff are really friendly and helpfull. Especially they give me good massage. I love here and will come back

   Had my natural long nails painted with shellac polish on Fri 26th Aug for my holidays abroad. On Friday 2nd Sep (1 week after having my nails done) whilst abroad the polish on both index fingers peeled off from cuticle to the middle of nail(s). The polish on the rest of my nails are literally peeling off. I have had my natural nails polished in various shops in Greenford many times and have never had such experience. I went to the shop to show the outcome of their work and left disappointed with their response. My daughter also had her natural nails done on the same day with exactly the same outcome. Very poor work and would not recommend. Would not use the service again.
