   I’ve only gone in to get my nails taken off. They treated me (a black woman) different to everyone else. They gave the other woman hot water under the alcohol when she was removing her nails and gave everyone else arm rests and not me. They also burned my nails and rushed so much. Would not recommend to even take off nails as they even left acrylic on there.

   Very rushed, no attention to detail. Cut my cuticles very badly, and nipped my finger by accident, but just left me bleeding, dripping onto the table while he focused on my other fingers and then just told me to go wash my hands.

   Wouldn't even give it a 1 star short staffed which made them rush. They were trying to do different people all at the same time I didnt get a proper manicure he just painted my nails the pedicure he left my feet sore, nail varnish smudged n he just painted over it rather than take it of n redo it ! Yet charged me full price never ever will I go back. Just want your money !

   The whole team is amazing and professional. I’ve gotten my nails done here for years and I’m always coming back happy. The amount of compliments I constantly get when people see my nails is insane! This time round I went for a simple yet elegant natural look. Last time I was here, I went for a blue tip with a heart design. Also the beautician is super lovely and funny. She really knows how to make all her clients happy and comfortable. Her work speaks for itself! Definitely would recommend, it was worth my time and money.

   Got there at 12:50, left at 3pm. Unhappy with my nails asked what they could do about it said they would take the whole set off??? i said i have places to be and they offered no help at all. Half of the tips are not even connected to my natural nail and the nail colour is bubbling and clumpy.

   Yesterday I went to do my nails (feet and hands), they guy which done my feet filed too much my nails and now I feel it weak. Also just 12 hours after my nails are broken because they applied too many coats of paint. Absolutely 0! I'll not return

   Would not recommend at all. The staff are rude. I had to walk out half way because they said they couldn't do a design with nail polish and that I would have to pay £60 ,in total for a gel finish and gel design. Went to another nail salon to get what I wanted. They should be shut down. So unprofessional cut you and hurt your fingers
