   I’ve been coming to Magical Nail Salon for 4 years now, and I can confidently say it’s the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Vicky is truly an amazing nail technician and an even more amazing person. Her talent, attention to detail, and professionalism always leave me beyond satisfied with my nails. Vicky consistently provides outstanding customer service, she listens to exactly what I want, offers helpful suggestions, and always makes sure I leave happy. Whether it’s a simple manicure or a full new set, I walk out feeling like a million bucks every single time.    I have been doing my shellac here monthly for nearly 10 years and it is the best salon I have ever been to. Dan, Vicki & Hugh pay so much attention to detail and I’m never left waiting for too long. The service and choice of colours are great.

   Everytime i go here i book an appointment and i end up having to wait. last time i waited for 1 hour!!!! they are clearly overbooked. there is no discount offered and the staff are speaking so rudely to customers or just not even having a conversation. terrible customer service

   Have been coming here for years but unfortunately will no longer continue with them. Pre-booking system is a farce and not enforced. Left waiting (with feet soaking) for 40 minutes for a pedicure before giving up and leaving. Would not recommend.

   Worst nail salon ever! Do not even waste your time/money here! Just before going on holiday they made me wait over 1.5 hours for my appointment even after I had pre booked! They rushed and chipped my nail. When I told the OWNER he said no it’s fine and that he couldn’t see what I was talking about- he then went on to apply cuticle oil on my nails and said “ooh look all gone” when the chip was clearly visible. Terrible service, very unwelcoming! I really do miss the old team! There literally in it for the money and do not take any pride in there work!

   First time visiting, fantastic service, staff pay attention to details and even offer recommendations, you can tell that they are excellent at their job because the majority of their customers are regulars! 10/10 will be returning! Just make sure you book an appointment first
