   I came here to get my wedding nails done and while I’m happy with how the nails turned out visually, I did have a bit of a disappointing experience. The nail technician was quite rough during the filing, and although I felt some discomfort at the time, I only realised after the appointment that one of my fingers had been cut and a couple of the nail edges were left sore. This is upsetting as these are my wedding nails, not exactly the glamorous look I was going for. I’m leaving this review in the hope that a little more care can be taken with future clients. A gentler approach would really make all the difference.

   Always an amazing experience at JC Nails! They do such a fantastic job every time, and my nails last so long without chipping. The attention to detail is incredible, and the quality is always top-notch. Vicky is amazing—so talented, friendly, and professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails. Highly recommend!

   I do like the salon and I’ve been going regularly for about a year but the nails I leave with are just never quite what I want. The guy made my nails way too short this time after I told him they were the perfect length he just kept filing and didn’t paint the whole of my nail. They’re neat but super stubby now… Going to find a new salon

   I went a couple of days a go to get refills done , as I have a new born baby I couldn’t go early , I went in and sat in my usual sit as I get my nails gone by one person and all of a sudden it changed because they were talking in their own language and I was asked to move places but I felt uncomfortable because they were talking in there own language which I think it is not acceptable because all of them know English . The guy who was doing my nails felt like he didn’t want to do it as he left the old white tips and coloured over it which I wasn’t happy and he was talking to his wife about me and then his wife said gulsun don’t leave your nails for that long but I explained to them why . But the husband knows English why didn’t he tell me . I like going there because they can do your nails amazingly but the language thing needs to stop because it is so obvious that they are talking about their clients and that’s not good . We pay good money to get our nails done not for them to talk about us . I hope when reading this review u understand how people feel when they come there and start talking in English and not in your language please .

   First of all, this salon has zero respect for appointments, I was given a time and it was drastically late - 30 minutes . I heard the receptionist telling every customer on the phone to come in and they'll be seen immediately. They don't know that there will be long queue awaiting them regardless of the promise of being seen immediately. I visited this place and my shellac manicure has chipped after 2 days, while i was on holiday! Hygiene standards are at best low. My lady technician dropped the tools on the floor and just started using them again like nothing has happened. I really don't like how they spoke there local language between themselves. Funny, the lady at reception was asking for a review, thinking experience of clients was positive.

   Friendly and took care with doing my nails. Good prices and I like that they do SNS /dipping powder. Lasts so much better than anything else and helps you grow your nails longer. Have included photo from on the day plus what it's like today, over 3 weeks later...

   I visit JC regularly.. I've had both my hand and feet done in the past and I would highly recommend their services. I had my nails done there today by Ly, and I am so happy with the shape! They are natural and exactly what I wanted. Moon is always so welcoming when you arrive and she is always on hand for colour recommendations. Its a great all round salon :)
