   Overall horrible experience. My mum booked an appointment to have a pedicure which she has done there once before and was so impressed (the owner did it I think). The second time she was mortified! The owners friend (I think) was covering her absence and had such an attitude she felt so uncomfortable. She then did her nails at such a poor standard when she came home and showed me it had all smothered as the worker didn’t even put a top coat on! How ridiculous. She then had to waste her time and go back and ask for it to fixed when it should’ve been done properly the first time. My mother went back to the owner to let her know of the incident and didn’t even receive an apology or any sort of compensation just got a “did she fix it?”. Also upon her arrival in the store she didn’t even get greeted, she was nodded by the owner to go and book. Horrible. Such a shame as they can do a good job but now neither of us will now be going back. Everyone makes mistakes but it’s how they are dealt with after. Poor customer service.

   I visited this salon for the first time recently, as it's conveniently close to my home. After experiencing some disappointments at my previous salon, I really needed a new place to rely on. Honestly, I wasn't feeling very optimistic when I booked my appointment, especially since I had a broken nail that needed a quick fix. However, I was genuinely impressed by my experience. The team was incredibly efficient while also paying great attention to detail. I opted for a mani-pedi, and they truly exceeded my expectations. Now, two weeks later, I’m amazed that my nails, particularly the extension for my broken nail, still feel so solid and show no signs of gaps! I’m really grateful to have found this place and can confidently say that I will be coming back regularly.

   Called in the early afternoon for an appointment and was given a time, which I was stoked about. My first time visiting this Nail Studio. It is a studio. Quite small but very tidy. They have many colours to choose from. I tried booking again last week but they were fully booked. A good sign!

   I was a regular customer of this salon for quite a number of years, and had been nothing but pleasant and friendly towards the staff and the owner Me. However, for some peculiar reason she began giving me major attitude towards the end of last year. Shouting at me (on a few different occasions) in front of other customers and rolling her eyes at me nastily in front of everyone. Not very professional and not a nice way to treat somebody who had been a loyal customer to her throughout the years. Suffice to say I will never visit that salon again! EVER!

   The staff is not friendly. Very rude and update after my review I have been threatened by the owner and she sent me a whole paragraph to NOT TO STEP IN HER SHOP IN FUTURE. Would like to put her compliments to me here but really such a shame. This proves that I am not at all wrong. If u don't apologise to me I will post your message here publicly . I am never coming to your shop but u have been absolutely rude to me

   So today I went to this beauty centre and the girl who did my nail (Phuong), was really professional! I can see she really cares about the customer and even if she take her time to do your nail perfect she is also fast! She was checking nail by nail if they were all the same before to put the gel polish. Also, there was a customer with another nice girl (her name is Mel) and the customer went more then one hour just to decide the size.. before she said long, then short, then long again... and she can’t decide the color as well! Mel was really that professional and always explain the customer the same things for almost 10 times.. How patience, I was impress!!! I really recommend it, my auntie always told me how LYNN and her girls are so good and passionate about this job and now I can see that, I would never change it!!! Also the price are really cheap for an expensive area like Brentford. Thank you girls! ❤️ Valeria

   Really good nail care. Gel, acrylic and shellac available. Lihn and Mei are very skilled and incredibly nice. Highly recommended. Update during the COVID-19 crisis: I had my nails done over 6 weeks ago and although they have grown a lot (clear in the pic) and are extremely long they're still wonderful, no breakages, no falling off, just perfect. I can't wait to go back to The Nail Studio, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else to get my nails done.
