   People need to avoid this nail salon. I visited this nail salon a few weeks ago to get my nails removed, and they used the machine only to remove the fake nails instead of soaking my nails in nail polish remover. This has damaged my nails completely. They don’t know how to use the machine, and they shouldn’t be allowed to do people's nails. They are not fully trained.

   Visited Amy Star Nails' for a manicure and Pedicure and loved it. The visible effort during the pedicure was remarkable. The attendant took a lot of time and did it thoroughly and I left a happy customer. Definitely going back!

   I’ve been here a few times but today had a bad experience where the nail technician was really rough and made me bleed a few times. Due to his roughness, my nails are now extremely sensitive. He didn’t even give me a proper manicure. Do not go to that man. I wish I got his name.

   Never coming back!I use this place for the last few months, ok for few times, and the last couple of times I been there they treated me very bad, such a bad service and the nails were awful, I try to insist in what I wanted but the lady was kept saying that nothing was possible without even checking! The result was bad, very very thick nails, not attention to details, and not even remove my previos color properly! Also, is not cheap at all !!! Forgot to mention the lady is SO RUDE!!!!

   TLDR: Appalling service; spend your money elsewhere!! The manicurist kept hurting me while doing my nails because he seemed to be in a rush. I expressed my displeasure at the service and he took it as an opportunity to start a heated exchange. I remained calm but he was shouting at me and grabbed my arm and property. I’ve never experienced that type of physical and verbal hostility from a business establishment. I was shocked. None of the other workers intervened and the altercation clearly made other customers uncomfortable. I’ve had my nails done here since I was a teenager and this occasion was my last time. The increase in price doesn’t match the quality/service provided, either. Between the waiting times, awful communication and likelihood that the manicurist will hurt/damage your nails, I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere.

   AVOID, if I could give 0 stars I would, I went today to do my toes for my holiday, sat there for an hour and a half just to come out with THIS! I usually do them myself and I have never done them as bad as I came out of there today, in a hurry I just glanced at my right foot from far and I was like ok, put my flip flops on and went home and that’s when I realised they look crooked, took photos the minute I got home and this is how they are currently looking, I am beyond angry, I paid £33 for this ! NEVER AGAIN

   This has to be the worst nail shop I have ever gone to. My gel nail polish started coming off the next day. The application was done badly. Secondly, the tech did the colours he wanted not what I requested- I wanted a pink gel on my feet he did white. I wanted red on my nail he did white. The prices are incredibly inflated considering the level of service save yourself and your money.

   Wow Not even 24h old nails. I use to always go there never had issues. I wanted white tips I get them for £5 extra. Not a problem but over all my nails look disgusting. So many pockets and so much shi# around them. Absolutely disgusting. Couldn't say anything In shop us everyone was already to leave the shop. Maybe that's why my nails was like that but that doesn't change a fact u have to do your job right, I know they can do it. And next thing. Did u never think I will record what u saying and ask my friends to translate? Absolutely disgusting chatting shi# about your costumers? Really?
