   Pink Swan Nails have become my regulars, they are efficient, kind and have a great colour and style selection on offer. Today I had my nails done by Lee, once again. He is so quick, but gentle and he even offered to do a festive themed nail art that I love SO MUCH and noticed my cuticles were dry, so gave me a free cuticle oil to take home. I left smiling.

   Would give 0 stars if I could. They’re always so rude and 3 times in a row now my nails have looked crap. This last time I asked her to tidy them and do an extra coat - she screwed up her face at me and said “no you’re finished”. I came here because it was cheap but now it’s not even cheaper than other places so no need to put up with the average-poor quality and the laughably rude service.

   The place had been recommended by my friend, so I decided to try it. I think they look after their regular customers more compared to new ones. I have booked a nail removal and spa pedicure with normal polish.. ended up with "basic" chopping and gel color on...very poor service . I am sure that I have been given a very inexperienced staff. All the rest of the ladies next to me were getting much better service, even the lady holding her baby on her lap ,had a proper pedicure. Definitely I didn't receive the service I booked and paid cash for .

   Had a shellac pedicure done here about a month ago with some builder gel on one of my big toes… they have lasted till now and still look amazing! The girl who did them was so lovely and accommodating, and made me feel so comfortable!

   I had a good experience the first time I went there, but unfortunately last time was not the same. I requested gel manicure in different colors and the staff got very rude to me, having an attitude and made me feel like I was asking to much just because I did not pic a single colour. One of the nails also got ruined soon after, and the color of another one is also peeling off after few days. They don't accept card
