   Very disappointed that less than 48 hours after the gel manicure, on two of my nails, the compete nail gel fell off! I had followed instructions to drip hands, use gloves when washing up etc., but still list 2. Sadly although near to me, I won’t be returning.

   I’ve been coming here for 2 years and can genuinely say I’ve never left without a perfect set of nails. And, more importantly, feeling great and that bit more put together. Candy not only gives me natural looking acrylics that last but also nail care tips and suggestions for nail colours when I ask for them. She’s got a great variety of colours, is skilled with different techniques and visiting her salon has become a nice tradition with my mum.

   I have been getting my nails done by Candy and Tony since I was 16, and I am now 22. I have always been treated with exceptional kindness and they have looked after myself, my mother, and my sister- who is disabled. They are a friendly, professional and highly skilled duo who have created a welcoming atmosphere for all people. Candy offers her experience when it comes to the shape and colour of nails and I have had great fun trying out different things, many for important occasions- such as my graduation. Hoa nails has never let me down, and I scarcely trust anyone else with my nails.

   If you want to be disrespected and be shown attitude by the awful lady i had to face… today then please attend this salon!!!! NOT! I wouldnt even give it a star … but I have to … because my review wont get posted. I was 16 weeks pregnant with a 2 year old with me. My appointment was for 1.30. I was 15 minutes late and there was no one there after this other lady who was getting her nails done. I was rejected with the worse attitude. The lady had no respect and told me why are you late? There is plenty of parking. With disgusting attitude she is questioning me why i couldn’t find parking? 1. It was residential parking only. 2. I couldnt find parking. 3. Found parking 10minutes away and had to walk. This women whatever her name is has no self respect or knows how to respect, age, gender and ethnicity. She was very rude and told me i cannot serve you when i had told her im sorry but i couldnt find parking and I’ve traveled long way to get my ingrown toe nail out. But she was very cold hearted and full of attitude. How can you ask a customer to leave? So much ego and pride over your business? Your customer service is awful young lady!!!!!!! You have no respect for pregnant ladys!!!! Karma will show you!!! Please do not attend this you will find better service else where! She also started talking about me to customers after i walked off! POOR service, very rude and unprofessional. One tip: if your looking for nail salon please attend kingston nails 10/10 service.
