   Alona my nail tech is absolutely brilliant. She’s very precise and thorough. Very polite. Her nail tech is perfect. I would definitely recommend Alona to anyone. She’s perfect. I feel the salon owner does need to update the colours and introduce new colours. Also the nail technicians need to be allowed a little more time than 30 mins, sometimes it feels like a rush job. Although Alona does a perfect job every time. But the customer service skills by the management need to be a bit more polite and professional.

   Been to this salon many times and I have found their technicians to be very professional. Today I must have got a new/inexperienced technician..my nails were filed very pointy (I had asked for round like I usually do) - I however let that go even though I was very disappointed as my already small nail beds were filed even smaller. She then went onto paint my nails and the finished nails were lumpy and blotchy. When I raised I was not happy, the man at reception said I can wait later this afternoon to get it fixed. No apology, no understanding - he was just very rude and unhelpful given my nails were done so poorly by one of his staff. The technician at the other desk said 'we can put some glitter on' which was even more ridiculous. I eventually got them redone by someone else (this time to the standard I always get!). I was then expected to pay the full price. I refused as 1) My original appt was at 1pm, I waited until 2pm to get my nails redone and wasn't finished until 2.30pm and 2) My first shellac was not to the standard it should have been. I said I am happy to pay half and he then played the guilt trip saying his staff are self employed and the technician won't get paid if you don't pay. I went on to say how you manage your staff salaries is up to you - I did not get the service I should have done and therefore will not be paying the full price. Shocking customer service!

   The positives: easy booking system via WhatsApp, affordable, quick, and mostly good quality shellac The negatives: so rude! The girls have never been the friendliest but recently they are so so so rude. So much so that I don’t think I will be in a rush to go back there unless absolutely necessary. Would rather pay more for a more pleasant experience. I have wondered why are they are miserable and rude in there? There must be a reason!

   I’ve been a regular customer at this nail salon for quite some time, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I brought my mom in for a simple nail service, and not only was it poorly done, but when we raised our concerns politely, the staff became defensive and rude. Instead of listening or offering to correct the work, the manager outright dismissed our complaint and told us not to come back — despite us being loyal clients. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism or disrespect from a business I’ve supported regularly.

   My experience here has been appalling. I went back there to get a nail amended as it wasn’t put on correctly and was refused service and spoke to like a child and gaslit saying it was a perfect job. Was made to feel guilty and less than in front on all the staff member and customers. - on another note one of the utensils for pushing the cuticles back was dirty and unclean as it had different coloured nail polish on it before being used on mine. Will never go back. Left with a Disgusted feeling.

   Fantastic place! Eniko (the owner) and all the lovely ladies doing the nails are a pleasure to deal with. Great customer care from easy booking, to when you walk out with gorgeous nails that never fail to lift my mood. Self care at affordable prices and fast. Thank you!

   Been to Eniko twice now. The first time the technician cut the cuticles of two of my fingernails quite badly. I went a second time yesterday thinking the first time was just a one off. Yesterday the technician again cut my cuticle on one finger and the shellac has also dented already on my thumb. The shellac has also bled into my cuticles so the actual manicure and painting of my nails looks really unclean. Yes, this place is cheap but honestly I would rather pay £5-10 more and actually have my nails look decent.

   Staff were friendly and polite enough but I’m just so disappointed with my nails and brows. My nails are fat/wide and the acrylic is bumpy, my eyebrows are thin (even though I asked to not change the shape just do a tidy up). I didn’t have the time to ask them to fix the nails and didn’t really analyse my brows until I was home. I wouldn’t recommend this shop if you want good quality treatments.

   Once was great. Second time disaster. Rude skinny girl at counter with too much contour on told me that she couldn’t nothing for my disaster nail cut by their non English speaking technician who seemed to be speaking perfect English to me yet still butchered my nails instead of fixing the length she chopped all my long nails and before I could tell her to stop because I thought she was giving it a trim and I turned my nails so that I may see she kept telling me to relax my nails while she did her work. Rude skinny girl went on to say I need to pay for the shellac removal even if I don’t continue with my other hand that was not ruined by the tech and started dealing with another customer with no regard to the damage on my nails. What utter disgusting service. Only my second visit here and shall not be making the mistake of returning to such insolent women who have zero manners nor customer service.
