   I’ve been coming to this nail shop regularly, and I always have a great experience. The prices are reasonable, and the staff are very kind and hardworking. It really helps to know exactly what you want before you go in, so you can explain it at the reception and they get everything right. make sure to tell the reception clearly so they can guide the staff properly. Mina is especially wonderful❤️ she remembers my usual nude shades even when I forget the number! If you sit calmly and let them focus on their work, they do an excellent job. I also had a pedicure today and it was lovely. Honestly, I don’t agree with the negative reviews out there. Every visit has been peaceful, relaxing, and well done. Highly recommend this place!

   Second time I’ve been here, first time being years ago. I figured I will give them another go and see how it’s now. Went in for a set of BIAB, and a couple of days later realised it was normal gel because 3-4 of my nails started chipping, which never happens with BIAB. Paid £40, and had to go to my nails again a week later. Defo don’t recommend this place.

   It depends which tech you go too but since this appointment I am not going to go back! I was charged £45 for a full set of nails, and this is them within a week. I don’t know the name of the man who did this however, this is not right. I now can’t get my nails done until this one heals. Terrible work.

   Me and my daughters are totally disappointed with Jennifer's nails, Edgware. All of us have had bad experiences. The girl Anna doing my nails was blatantly ignoring me when I said please don't shorten my nails a lot. She's gone ahead and done what she wants, and argued and was rude when I said they're too short. Well, they were too short now, nothing can be done, but Jennifer's nails need to look into the attitude of their staff. If they have a language issue, it cannot be excused every time. The management need to sort it out. PLEASE DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES.

   Really disappointed. I went there few months in a row. The last time I went I asked her to change the powder colour and she said that she needs to start from beginning, which last time they changed it without hesitation. I had one nail fallen off because they don’t file properly underneath the nails . She said she need to charge me 4£ for 1 nail . Then I complain and she said ok I will charge 2£. She also hurt my fingers and pulling on them hard . These people charge you for anything extra and sooo not worth the money .

   This is a nail bar based in Edgware they do all sorts of nails so manicure and pedicures. They are very good and look after you well. I also noticed the screens between the customer and the person working with you. Also hands had to be washed by everyone who came in. On the whole a pleasant experience. Easy to get to and lots of parking around

   AVOID THIS PLACE wouldn’t allow no stars!!!! Worst ever shellac I have had in 5 years. Terrible quality product and service…. I re discovered this place after a few years and so disappointed spending my money in there. I asked for a gentle shellac removal. But my nails were shredded. Then my nails or hands weren’t washed. I tried to communicate this but the man didn’t understand. I had to ignore the fly that kept landing on me as I couldn’t move my hand. This was bad enough but the outcome was worse. As soon as the first coat of my new shellac was applied I said how thin it was but he didn’t acknowledge. The finish was terrible it’s not a solid colour and looks see through in places on top of that there are dust lumps under the polish. I complained at the end but they said we can do another coat. I didn’t have time for this and 5/6 staff were just looking at me in silence.
