I paid £60 for biab infill with cat eye gel. My nails look great, the nail tech was brilliant. Customer service was great too!
I am happy with what I got. Paid £55 for nail extensions refill with simple color. I managed to call and get last minute booking (same day).
I was accidentally cut badly on my cuticle, to the point where I did not get the nail painted. Although I got it fixed a few days later, I had to request compensation and it was only £10. Since I had to pay for transport and make time out of my way to come back (and risked infection), I don’t think this was a fair compensation as the set was quite pricey from the get go. Unfortunately I will not be coming again :(
It looks good, maybe a bit too thick. I believe there's too much glue and dipping power on my nail, so it is not always comfortable, especially my thumb. I removed my extension after 2 weeks. At this place certain nail artists are better than others. Be careful. My nail is not fragile after removal, so powder is somehow better than shellac in my opinion.
I'm from Switzerland and whenever I'm in London I'm coming to HN Nails! There are sooo nice and I don't know somebody that do the nails that good! I wished there would be a HN Nails in Switzerland! Love it here!

WOW. Absolutely perfect nails. Pinky was so meticulous and made sure every step of the way that I was happy with the outcome. I have gotten my nails done for years in NYC and New Orleans and I feel so bad cheating on my regular baddie. They accepted me as a walk-in and provided excellent service with detailed explanations. My technician (unfortunately I didn't get her name) paid so much attention to my cuticles and nail shape, and the end result is gorgeous! Very happy with my experience. Just know it's cash / bank transfer only.
