Been going to Peter for a couple of months now and he does the best acrylics ever , super service , always friendly and go above and beyond - best nail shop around and I’ve tried most of them!
Poor! Don’t except cash! Woman was Rude on the phone and on arrival, the floors were dirty around the pedicure seats and a snotty tissue wash left of the side of one of the stations. I could literally see snot pouring out the tissue. I refused to pay by card as I already took out the cash, being told to bank transfer by the rude, broken English spoken lady in her aggressive tone before we even started put me off and I walked out. Good luck in your empty business! I won’t be bothering again!
1 star is too good! I went into this nail salon today with a young lady i support and the woman was very rude, i asked if her nails could be painted, she very rudely said "fully booked", the salon was completely empty and she was watching something on her phone. I then asked if i could book an appointment and she replied, "you have to ring and book", i picked up a card and showed her it says walk-in's welcome, she said again, "fully booked". The whole time she didnt take her eyes off her phone. The man that worked there looked so embarrassed. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
Got a manicure for the first time by a young lady, she was very good at her job and quick too! Very impressed by the service! Definitely go again!
Poor service not listen to customer how like nails. Staff seem to rush and very moody fed up lately. My new set nails turned out bad no shape he filled them flat as a pancake . going to find new nail bar now get set 're done. Not using this bar again.
Very disappointed. The owner is very rude. One of my nail colour is darker as a result of mixing two colours suggested by her. When I tried very quietly telling her and not embarrassing her in front of her customers she keep shouting and screaming wouldn't do this colour anymore, shouting sit down ....not acceptable!
