   I’ve been coming to this nail shop since the day it opened, and the service has been consistently excellent. The team is skilled, the salon is always clean, and the results speak for themselves. I’ve seen some negative reviews, but they don’t reflect the experience I’ve had here for years. Don’t let those negative comments discourage you — this place delivers quality every time

   Extremely disappointing experience. I used to be a regular customer but stopped coming because of how unprofessionally this place is run. The staff are consistently rude and show little regard for customers’ time. They never communicate waiting times properly — today, I was made to wait over an hour without any update. When I politely asked about the delay, I was blamed and spoken to disrespectfully. Kevin, who manages the salon, was particularly argumentative and handled the situation in a very unprofessional manner, even in front of other customers. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. To be clear, I responded as any frustrated customer naturally would — by asking how much longer I would need to wait. I was repeatedly told “two minutes,” which continued for almost an hour. The lady next to me asked how long I had been waiting, and we briefly spoke about it. I expressed that I was frustrated and mentioned that I had stopped coming here previously for the same reason. Understandably, Kevin became annoyed and ultimately refused to serve me. I acknowledge that my comment may have caused some frustration, but the way the situation was handled — especially his refusal to serve me and his tone in front of others — was completely unprofessional. Another staff member even offered to take me, but he flatly declined. At no point did I raise my voice or act disrespectfully — it simply isn’t in my nature, nor is it worth my time and energy. Kevin continued to challenge me, asking how I should consider his staff’s feelings and workload, yet he showed no concern for the time or experience of his customers. Unfortunately, Kevin and several of the male staff members display a lack of professionalism and seriousness about their work. If you read through other 1-star reviews, you’ll notice a consistent pattern in how management responds — often immaturely and without accountability. A professional business would simply apologize and move on respectfully. I do not recommend this salon. The one next door offers a far more courteous and professional experience. God bless.

   Really nice place! As a man, I’m often unsure where to go to get my nails coloured, but this salon made me feel completely comfortable. I’ve been there twice now, and both times they treated me exceptionally well. The staff are fast, professional, and very polite. Highly recommended!

   I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this nail salon. I had booked an appointment in advance, yet when I arrived, one of the staff members was extremely disrespectful. Instead of honoring my appointment, he shooed me away. When I politely asked for his name, he responded with a snarky and completely inappropriate remark: “sorry, I’m not single.” He then proceeded to swear at me, even though I remained calm and respectful. To make matters worse, the employee who had originally written down my appointment did nothing to step in or address the situation. This type of behavior is unacceptable in any business, especially one that relies on customer service. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect.    I had a terrible experience at this nail shop. I booked an appointment and when I came back at the scheduled time, instead of being welcomed, the man working there kicked me out and started swearing at me. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve never been treated like that at any business before. If you care about basic respect and customer service, I would not recommend going here.    Absolutely amazing! Got my nails done today and they look fantastic, perfect shape and nice application of colour, thanks to T! Lovely nail artist with experience. She made me feel very comfortable, such a lovely friendly girl. Treatment went fast, around 1h 15 min which is great! It was my first time there, definitely going back and requesting T again! Thank you so much for my beautiful set

   Great nail art artists. It’s my 4th time getting my nails done with them and I am very pleased with their work. Today I was treated by Kay who did an excellent job with pre-ping the nails and shaping them, and by Tea who did an amazing work with the nail design. Just like the picture. It’s the 3rd time she did my nail design and she is outdoing herself everything time. I would recommend visiting them when they are not so busy (they do better work) such as morning or afternoon (10-14). Today’s nails are the best I ever had done here. I love them (the blue french ones). In terms of price, I feel it’s reasonable (I just started doing my nails so I can’t compare), especially because they work very hard. Today I did infill with new design and it took 1:30. They deserve every penny.

   Didn't plan on going... It was a Sunday ...conveniently open and quite busy but welcoming. Small confined business i had a simple pedicure.I am impressed. Prices are competitive and you must always carry cash! Will definitely go back in the coming months. The staff are creative ,artistic and friendly.
