    Joke of a place. Got a letter that we are due a reimbursement. Took it here they tried to say ‘oh we went bankrupt we can’t give it back’. Sent my husband a couple months later suddenly they do it but the RIA system was ‘down’. Chased them twice they Told us to go somewhere else to get the refund as the system wasn’t supposedley working. Awful place just fobbing people off their rightful owned money!

    Nikash azeem is the owner here so rude not take calls on watsapp even they don,t have any card machine to take card pay ment bad payment method . you guys should have to be use of card terminals.

    Absolutely appalling service -avoid at all costs! I don’t usually leave reviews, but the immature poor excuse of a man with the glasses at the front of this shop made my blood boil. Rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping- it felt like I was bothering him by simply walking in! His tone was vile, his attitude stank, and he seemed more invested in scrolling on his phone than actually doing his job. If this is what passes for customer service here, I’d rather get my phone fixed by a toddler with a toolkit. Sort your staff out.

    Online says that it opens from 9- 6 and 9:26 Am and the store is still not open. They should try and change the timetable, to avoid this kind of things. We were 5 people waiting here, and people had te leave cause it wasn’t still open!
