   I was privileged to be a part of the Hajj 2025 group with Madani tours. From the initial booking, to the seminars and the day of travel i knew i was in great hands with the exceptional service and support recieved. Throughout our trip not once did we feel away from our home and loved ones because this group that was formed together like a family and felt united all thanks to the one who put this group together….Uncle Sajid. Words would run short to explain how smooth, well organised and efficient this trip went. The hard work, dedication, and generosity that Uncle Sajid brought to this group will never be forgotten.    We had the immense blessing of having Uncle Sajid as our group leader during Hajj, and I cannot speak highly enough of his leadership and dedication. From the very beginning, he made it his priority to ensure that every member of the group was cared for, comfortable, and spiritually focused. He was incredibly attentive, especially to the elderly members of our group who needed extra support. Whether it was helping them through the physical challenges, offering words of reassurance, or simply being there when they needed someone — Uncle Sajid never hesitated. The logistics of Hajj are far from simple, but he managed everything smoothly and calmly. From transport to accommodation to managing the group’s schedule, his efforts made a huge difference in allowing us to focus on our ibadah without worry. Uncle Sajid led with strength, compassion, and a deep sense of responsibility. His warmth and sincerity brought the group together like a family, and his tireless work behind the scenes did not go unnoticed.    Alhamdulillah We went to perform umrah in August 2022with my family. Masha Allah brother Asif amazing tour guides. In fact they were like family,due to the way they treated us.    Avoid. Day light robbery. Hotels are cheap as they get in exchange for the money you give, I can only imagine is to line their own pockets. The tour guide for the umrah trip was non existent and quintessentially absent throughout the whole trip. A Diabolical service. Money grabbers, avoid like the plague. Just for reference I paid £400 less for my first umrah trip with a different tour provider and received a 5 star hotel with all inclusive buffet breakfast, you will not only PAY MORE with madani tours but are guaranteed to be a recipient of a grossly underestimated experience. The hotel is undesirable and distasteful, no buffet and we paid extra £350 for a quad which was basically a double room crammed with 4 dingey beds. I strongly advise to fish around before you settle for madani tours!!! There is no tour, you pay and make do with what you've been given, a poor, inadequate unsatisfactory service with dire conditions.

   Poor service. Untrustworthy as was promised 5 starts Hotels and received 3-4 starts hotels. Transport was promised, however we were asked to ‘chip in’ for transport. Unfair package prices as some were charged very low prices. Overall misleading information was provided !

   I have travelled with Madani Tours & Travel quite a few times, have to say i'm always impressed by the professional service provided. My last visit with them was to Al Aqsa and it was very well organised, everything was taken care of, so that we could reap the benefits of Al Aqsa .
