    I had my nails done by a new member (I think) of the PP team, and I’m not exaggerating, I’ve never had my nails done this precisely and well. I could tell he was focusing a lot on perfecting the nails and getting every edge right etc. honestly I am so satisfied! And it wasn’t even long, he just took extra few more minutes to make sure things are even etc. for me as I am a perfectionist, so impressive, I will be coming back to the same person from now on! Love it!!!!!

    This is my place to get my nails done, my favourite nail technicians are Linda and Peter. Linda is super fast which worries me a little yet she has such a great skill of doing nails so perfectly with such speed. She pays attention to detail and meets whatever nail request you may have. She is very friendly, accommodating and efficient. Peter is an absolute darling, he is so kind, caring and always offers me a hot drink whenever I come in for a shellac. He is takes his time and is so gentle when doing my nails which I really appreciate. This nail shop also has other services too! They really know how to make customers feel welcomed and whenever I’ve called in for a last minute appointment (most of the time) Linda always finds a way to squeeze me in, even when they’re super busy. They also give you a loyalty card, when you’ve got 6 stamps you get £5 off, and so today for the festive/ new years season I treated myself to a more pricier ‘Cat eye’ colour which is cosmically beautiful, usually would have cost me £30 but was discounted with my loyalty card. I highly recommend this place!

    First time I went was great and received such a wonderful manicure. Today I went and it was absolutely horrendous. A guy did my nails this time and couldn’t care less about what he was doing. I went in for a manicure but my nails were never cleaned, just filed and cuticles cut, never had my nails soaked, theres nail polish on my fingers but hardly on all of my nails, and even made me put lotion on my self. There was zero care or interest in doing my nails soaked safe to say it’s the last time I’ll be back.

    my favourite nail shop! It’s a 2 hour journey from my house but I prefer going there because i’m always 100% sure they’ll do a great job! had a set done tuesday evening and they were great as usual! My go to! ❤️

    I'm happy with the manicure and pedicure I've had. I asked not to use electric nail filling because my nails are already weak, and Tom listened to my request and removed the nail polish manually, which I appreciated. I also got very cute nail art for £8 extra. It's been a week since my mani-pedi, and the nails are intact :) normally they get ruined after the first week, since I am constantly cleaning my flat. The only thing I didn't like about this salon was the strong smell of chemicals.

    Do not use this salon!! They are extremely careless and unhygienic. They cut my entire finger open with a nail filing gun and has made me bleed several times. They have also grinded my nail down so much and it became red and soft. I did not see them clean the tool that had my blood on it.

    For the price of nearly £50 for a simple set of acrylics I believe that you should get some actual nail care. They do not take care of your cuticles, they tend to over file when removing acrylics so you are left with very thin nails. I also paid for a pedicure and it was rushed, the man did not massage or rub the feet. After my treatment I had to remind him to apply cream to my feet! Also, one of my gel toe nails broke a week later. All in all they are not bad but they REALLY have to step their game up because for the price, I honestly would prefer to add a little extra and go to a premium salon where I will get the FULL service I paid for and leave happy.
