   I had a normal pedicure and gel manicure and will not be returning. The nail attendant was rough and didn’t change her approach even after I made it clear it was painful. After 24 hours one of my thumbs is still sore and now feels infected. On top of that it’s been less than a day and one of my shellac nails has already chipped. I’m surprised this place gets good reviews. I am not one to usually complaint but felt compelled to on this occasion. Do not recommend.

   I have acrylics done with Jackie and her and the team have amazing attention to detail and you never leave with anything less than perfect nails! The salon is great, so light and airy, I love sitting in the window people watching. Have been to small cramped salons before that have you in and out and moving between stations constantly but this is nothing like that- a relaxing experience and the quality can’t be beaten. Prices are very reasonable for the time and effort that goes in.

   I had a great experience getting a gel manicure at Cherished Nails. Amanda was incredibly careful and thorough, and even repaired them a week later free of charge after I chipped them. 10/10 would recommend.

   I have been a client of Cherished Nails for 3+ years and wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my nails done! Jacky, Amanda, Julie and Tracy are lovely, friendly, professional, take a lot of care and pride in the services they provide and really get to know you as the client. The salon has a wide range of colours available (both normal and gel) and they invest in new colours as the seasons change. Hygiene and cleanliness are at the forefront of their business, even before Covid-19, and they have made the salon a pleasant and safe space to spoil/treat yourself. I’m always really pleased with my mani/pedi and the quality of the work they do.

   I have been to so many random little nail salons around London, but this is easy the best I have ever been to. The staff really put care into their work, they are friendly and nice, and it is still affordable/budget friendly. My nails have never looked better and I will always go here from now on!

   I got a brilliant manicure for all the Christmas parties here- the service was lovely and my nails lasted for ages. I brought my mum and daughter back for a treat and they both loved it too. You don't need an appointment, there's a really good range of colours, and they even have big massage chairs if you go for the pedicure! Great value, will definitely be coming back.
