   I have today pedicure very unprofessional, I'm furious, nails not properly done, not filed, color applied inaccurately, I'll never come back here, £38 for something like this, very bad very bad, my nails was made by one man, not professional so bad I’m so upset it was not busy why he do this that bad to me , I can’t understand ! Not recommended never back never,

   Do not go to this nailbar. Dipping powder nails fell off the next day one by one. Went to get nails via the dipping powder 2 weeks ago and one nail came off overnight , the others started coming away from the nail bed catching onto hair. I called them to tell them after 2 days and they said come in but due to Xmas I couldn’t go back. Just went to them today and they implied that I lied and told me that I would have to pay half the price to have it done again. They were rude and demanded the loyalty card that was given on my first visit. There are many other nail bars in Barnet that are polite annd helpful and I would never recommend this shop! First and last experience here!

   this place is absolutely awful. the staff are extremely disrespectful and completely change the design of nails you originally show then. the staff are also extremely rough and don’t hesitate to harshly tug on your hands without politely asking first. do not get any work done at this salon if you value your appearance in any way, shape or form. they also lack in customer service significantly and have no communication skills whatsoever.

   Do not let the man near your hands. The nail salon is lovely, the ladies working there are lovely but unfortunately I had the man doing my nails. He started filing the tip of my finger instead of my nail to the point it bled even though I said what he was doing is painful. As if that wasn't enough, he then aggressively cut my cuticles making another finger bleed. After this the lady took over as he had caused so much damage and bleeding to both my hands.

   Natural Nails is a fantastic nail salon, and I have been coming here for more than 10 years and have gotten excellent service every time I come. Also, my nails have always been done to the highest quality with amazing and creative design designs.
