Dream Nails has really gone downhill since the change of management. The quality of service is poor; the staff don't really talk to you, only to ask what colour you want. They speak Vietnamese and talk about you when you complain. The nail varnish is watered down so much that it's an entirely different colour when it goes on. When I last visited the other day, the lady put on five coats of polish. That is ridiculous, so I don't think I will be returning, as this is the fourth time and my last. I would not recommend this establishment; sorry. This is my honest opinion. You can find parking on the side roads, and it is wheelchair-friendly.
I must say, I was nervous walking into this nail shop because it was my first time going in there, but the experience that I got was wonderful. I even come out my comfort zone to try something new, which I’m always getting white tips with a clear background, I must say, I’m happy that I came out my comfort zone thank you I love my nails … PS…. my daughter, I love the colour on her feet
Excellent service! I went as a walk-in and in less than 10 minutes they were doing my nails. Staff is polite and nails done with great attention to detail. Great price for service. Will definitely be back
First visit here. Got acrylic infills with gel polish. My nails look great, really skilled staff.
Had gel pedicure done and wow the service was amazing! For Xmas eve, everywhere else shut early but they closed later than everyone else..even on their busy day I was able to go without an appointment :) thank you soo much for my pedi!! I’ll definitely be coming back! Yashna
Got my nails done here,they get busy but they always try and fit you in x I love my nails they are beautiful and strong,fantastic service!!! Highly recommend them.
Walked in without an appointment. Waited 5 mins. First time at Salon for shellac nails. Beautiful results. The technician took a lot of care to make sure perfect as selected quite a dark colour. Good value £22 including shellac removal. Obviously has a lot of regulars as nice chat in the room amongst staff and customers. Great local salon.
Honestly the best nail place, pls go here! the owner checks all work the other nail techs do, so if it’s not perfect she will rectify it for you! they really care about the quality of your nails, and literally won’t let you leave until they think it’s perfect. it’s 25£ for a full set (acrylic) and 30£ for shellac + acrylic. The price is great :), not too expensive but worth it.
