   Went to take them off and get new set an hour after i left this salon…they askwd me if blind person did my nails……here for lenght i told her how i want them only she filed them extra half shorter than what she cut, almond shape didnt happen and extentions were all pointing UP and when i said its funny (at the begining!) she said dont worry she will fix with gel. Well she didnt. Absolute joke skills.

   35 for refills, they were meant to be 30 but got charged an additional 5 because I wanted “long nails” just sounds like greed to me, originally got a fresh set about 3 weeks ago and came in for a refill, but left with extremely lumpy and uneven nails, most of their polish is dried and running out wouldn’t recommend going here if you want neat and clean nails

   I had a horrible experience with a guy in this salon recently. All my fingers were scratched and I had infection on one of my fingers which is really horrible and hurting so much. I am taking antibiotics for a week 4 times a day and I am feeling so sick.

   I went there for my birthday in July, they always take max about like £40-49 MAX.I went by myself and keep in mind i am only a teenager and i always go with my mum but when i went by myself i feel like they took advantage and made me pay £62 for some acrylic nails which made me shocked but yet i still payed.I like their service but there was this new guy and he messed up the nails and they looked so messy and they still took £62.

   I have been going there for months. The owner lady has been nice and always did a great job. Last time I went, she wasn’t around and one of the guys in the staff did my nails. He messed up the shape, had to redo a little bit. He was so disrespectful and starting shouting at me when I pointed out. They even overcharged me. I always used to pay £30 for nail extension. Last time they charged me £40. Seriously ?! I feel like they looted me. £10 pounds extra??? Wowo. That’s not inflation. That’s pure cheating. Be careful. Nothing is written as formal pricing. Or whatever is there is old pricing. So they can charge whatever amount they wish.

   So guys!!! I'm still in shock. I've been a regular customer at this shop but today was definitely the last time I've used their services. Long story short I walked in and asked for an infill. She said alright that's going to be 27£. I said cool. She started doing my nails and asked me if I wanted to cut it? I said yes sure. She told me to pick colour up until there everything is fine. I had one nail that was broken she didn't remove it she cut it and make it even then added another one on top. When finishing doing the nails I asked do you guys still do student discounts she said “YES”. I said perfect went to pay the owner which was extremely rude said no we don't do student discount I said your coworker just confirmed me that you still do. She didn't care and charged me 36£. Keep in mind that the original price was 27£. I think it's time to report stores that overcharges customers to be reported to the gov and to consumer rights.

   I went in for shellac, and it took 2 hours, 4 different people worked on my hands. The worst part was the end product, the polish was bumpy, and it started to come off 3 days after. I went in to complain the man was so rude, he said he will give me an offer to get them re-done. After telling him I am not paying for a £30 shellac for it to come off in three days he said he will re-do the ones that have come off and kept ignoring me when I was telling him I’m not happy with the job as it’s bumpy. He continuously ignored me then told me they are fully booked for the next 2 days even though he was accepting walk-ins in front of me. I will do an update when I get my nails re-done but i will never go there again, only reason I’m going back is because I paid for a service that I didn’t receive.

   I would rate 0 if I can. Extremely rude staff! They are impatient, shout at you and speak to you in a very rude manner. They make you feel uncomfortable as they start speaking in their language after you ask a question, like they are speaking about you. The service is very poor for the high prices, I really don’t recommend them at all. If I were the owner, I would look into changing the staff or at least making sure they improve their manners towards customers. You would think your getting a free treatment the way they treat customers!!!!!

   Been a regular here for a long time. Van does my nails. Shes quick, and does them perfectly :) Been to other nail shops along the Golders Green high road, but I find them to not be very friendly in the other salons. Would recommend.
