   Absolutely loved this place! My friend and I walked in without appointments and they were still able to accommodate us at short notice. I had the best gel manicure, the guy who did my nails was incredibly gentle and meticulous, making the whole experience so relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a manicure in the Marylebone area.

   I always go to Lorna and my nails turn out perfect every time. I am very sensitive and have a low pain tolerance and used to dread getting my nails done but it’s not uncomfortable with her at all. She also always has good ideas for the colour. My nails look good for up to 4 weeks, no lifting or breaking.

   Awful experience and will definitely not come back. Although the nail technician tried his best, I am baffled by the fact that after telling me that he only has 40 minutes to do my nails (I booked the wrong service/ timeslot), he proceeded to do a service I did not request (gel buildup) in the shortest time, to then be able to have a reason to overcharge me. I left with my nails being asymmetrical, bumpy and without polish. And the cherry on top, they started telling me that I asked for the gel buildup when I never did. If you are particular about your nails and time, I do not recommend.

My nails were done with such attention to detail, and the finish is absolutely flawless. The pedicure left my feet feeling refreshed and soft, and the massage was a perfect touch of relaxation. I left feeling pampered and so happy with the results—I’ll definitely be coming back!”

   My partner went here to get her nails done. She did a very bad job, the gel was applied unevenly resulting in lumpy nails. Wouldn’t recommend. Now she’s having trouble removing the gel, which shows it has been applied badly

   This is my second time here and I will definitely be back again. Lorna did my nail infills and acrylic extensions, and the nail art on top, and I’m so happy with it. She was so lovely, she checked in every step of the way and was very meticulous with the design. The process was so quick too (probs took 1.5h). The spa was very clean and the nail art looks gorgeous (and exactly what I asked for). Thank you Lorna and Nail Spa!
