   Dishonest. Avoid at all costs. Don’t bother with Groupon deals. It put me off ever being a customer with them due to their customer support. I had a Groupon that was to expire in 8 days and no beautician available. I contacted Groupon to get a refund or credits. They said to sort it with the merchant. I contracted them when I was less busy but my voucher then expired and now they are saying they cannot help even though I flagged it before it expired!!!!! As a resolution I wanted to still use it but for an event but they shot me down and just told me it’s expired so they can’t help.

   I had a one-hour facial with a head massage, and it was absolutely wonderful! The therapist was so kind, professional, and really made me feel relaxed from start to finish. The place itself is clean, peaceful, and has such a calming atmosphere. My skin felt refreshed and glowing afterward, and the head massage was the perfect touch. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a bit of pampering!

   I booked a pedicure via groupon and paid £10 extra to get full pedicure. I arrived and the atmosphere was a bit dull. The lady didn’t offer to take my coat and no music was playing in the background to give that relaxing feeling. Felt rushed and not to the high standard I would expect.

   Im not particularly happy. I got my nails done (2 days ago) & they have already cracked. Update: this is the worst Shellac nails I’ve had in my life. They had literally managed to snap my nails. I am actually clowns to tears.

   The best experience I've had in a nail salon in ages. No nasty acetone smells. It's such a light lovely relaxing atmosphere and vibe. Adriana the nail technician was lovely and my manicure and pedicure look amazing. I'm super happy. Highly recommend a visit here.
