The water was so cold, crisp and refreshing. Additionally the ambiance was amazing, the music was straight vibes, very relaxing and perfect volume. There is also a chocolate bowl and cookies that make a nice snack. Shoutout zen haus
Best salon in central London. Super nice atmosphere, excellent service and staffs are patient and skilled. My broken nails were sorted absolutely perfect. I will say 10 of 10. Highly recommend ‘cat’s eye’ if you like shiny nails in natural colours.
My friend and I got our nails done here before our eras tour concert, and we were so pleased! We both got acrylic nails with gel. The nail technicians were all lovely and we chatted with them the whole time while she did our nails. She was very precise and took her time to make sure we were happy with the result. I’ve gotten my nails done twice before in London at different places and this has been my favorite so far! Would absolutely recommend.
very quick service, the lady squeezed my fingers while doing my nails all the time. very messy place and the staff seems very busy all of them with their phones scrolling the media . very poor service. toilet poor hygiene and floors dirty .
I booked an appointment for a luxury mani and pedi. Unfortunately when I was at the venue the colour selection was extremely limited and the treatment was pretty basic… they didn’t even scrub or removed the cuticles Beyond cutting the nails and file them they didn’t do much more and the bill ended up up being 100 pound, which I couldn’t even pay by card but I had to a wire transfer Really not recommended
I’ve been going there for over a year now. I usually get bio gel manicure which is always perfect and last weeks. They are always professional and accommodating. I get my nails done by Heidi and she’s amazing! Highly recommended!
