Nail done today: the underside of my nail was cut with the file. The nail polish has been applied unevenly, with different thicknesses, and there's a significant gap between the cuticle and the polish (even though I understand you don't cut the cuticles, I realised this after the polish was applied).

YuNa did a great job on my nails, going above and beyond. She suggested ways to repair a nail of mine which is slightly broken at the top after hitting a door, she filed it very gently and glued it with gel in hope it will grow long enough to get rid of the cut. A big thank you for this.
Honestly quite disappointed.. Have been here for a few times now to do my French nails & it’s always really good. Now I had my mani & pedi on Saturday and on Wednesday they’re already starting to peel & come loose.. Not really expected 3 days of nice nails for over £100..
I had a great experience here today and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I booked an appointment at short notice and told them I had limited time, and the lady started giving me a pedicure straight away as soon as I arrived. I told her I have a one year old daughter and not much time at the moment and she was so understanding and said they could also give me a leg wax if I wanted in 10 minutes with two of them doing it! They managed to do it all in time and I feel so much better! Will definitely be back!
Absolutely love my manicure! Never done such thin tips on a french manicure but Geo made sure I was 100% happy and liked it (which i do!!) Highly recommend, they pay great attention to detail and are very professional :)
