   There’s lumps on my nail gel they didn’t apply the gel properly. They left some of my nails longer than the others. One of the workers didn’t know how to file nails properly. They don’t have a good attitude.

   I would highly rank this place. I got a manicure with gel and chrome finish, and one of the nails chipped a tinnie bit. I went in a few days later, and they fixed it, no questions asked. They even redid some of the other nails free of charge. The salon was full and I nearly felt guilty asking for the service, but being tended to, felt special. Tracey and the other girls are nice and they listen, and they treat every customer nicely. I highly recommend this place.

   Visited this nail salon yesterday afternoon. I hadn’t booked an appointment, ended up waiting 90 minutes to be seen, (my total nail time was less than 20 minutes. Pro’s - There were 2 male staff members, I asked to have my nails done by a woman (due to personal preference, and after reading multiple reviews) and this wasn’t an issue at all. - The staff member was lovely, and even gave her input and opinion when needed. - Nail’s look good. Con’s - Wait time was way too long, had I been told I will be waiting for 90 minutes when I arrived, I would have come back later in the day or booked an appointment. - A cuticle cutter was used, but the cuticle pusher was not, so the overall look wasn’t as clean as it could have been The total I paid was £17 for the nails.

   I was in their shop today for second time, just after 5 days my nail broken and I called them, they said me come here but staff do not care about me and she shouted me for a 5 minoutes, I was shoke, how she can have a bad behaviour with coustomer they are not professional, she was so rude with me, they made me so mad and I am not happy because they sharge me £ 110 but they do not know have a good coustomer care

   If your going to use this place to get your nails done I would reccomend only getting either Tracey or Amy to do them, everytime one of the men in this salon have done my nails they have been shoddy to say the least. Had to go bsck today after my visit on Friday as the shellac I had done had started to chip and crumble. Amy kindly re did them for me and they look 10x better than they did when I left on Friday.
