   I wanted to book an appointment and was sending a voice message outside the store before going in, when the owner of the place confronted me and told me to leave. I was literally just waiting outside. I asked him what the problem was and very aggressively, he answered I should get going because "we don't want funny people like you here". No idea what he meant or what has happened to make him react like that to someone waiting ouside the store, but I definitely won't be booking an appointment here anytime soon.

   Ola did my pedicure, and Isabella did my manicure. They were both phenomenal. The place is clean and welcoming. Everyone was very sweet and respectful. 10/10 would recommend.

   I came here because I was in the area and thought it looked like a lovely place to get my nails done before my hospital appointment! I arrived at 5:30 on the dot but waited 10 mins before they even started which would’ve been fine but I had a hospital appointment at 6:45 which should have been plenty of time to take off and put on new nails I asked for express manicure! The lady took ages to paint each individual nail and I told her 30 minutes before when I had to leave! The nails chipped two days later and I paid a lot of money for a shocking service! They did not communicate that the manicure was £10 more for cuticle care, due to a language barrier! Also a misunderstanding but when I asked for the express manicure i expect to pay £36 not £52! Considering the expensive price I am highly disappointed my nails are now chipped and I wasted money on this place!

   This is hands down the best quality manicure and pedicure in London. The girls are extremely professional and the salon is comfortable and clean. The colour selection is huge and there is a choice of brands. My experience is that consistently the colour lasts significantly longer on my nails than other salons. I have tried many salons in London. Don’t go anywhere else, don’t waste your time and money. Nail Addict in St Johns Wood is THE BEST.

   I absolutely love Nail Addict! They provide the best and most professional service in London! The technicians are warm and friendly and always professional. The appointments are always punctual. It is clean and comfortable. I have had 100s of manis and pedis here over my 3.5 years in London and I've never been disappointed. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

   By far the best Nail salon in North West London. I recently treated my wife to have her nails done and she was so impressed with the quality of work. The staff are excellent and super friendly. Melissa the new owner is very personal and makes you feel very welcome. Highly recommend!
