   This was booked as a hen group well in advance with preordered treatments so the salon knew how many people were coming and what we wanted. At the arrival, we were 'welcomed' by the most disorganised supervisor I have ever seen. She was running all over the place without much results and the other therapists were obviously nervous because of here, far from relaxed atmosphere. We were trying to still make it as special as possible for the bride to be. The excuse was that they didn't have enough staff, everything was very rushed, the supervisor kept telling the other therapists to speed up every 5minutes. we cancelled some of our treatments, some treatments had to be changed as 'there wasn't enough time for the nails to dry'. I personally was cut on almost all fingers, it was still bleeding when I was leaving the place, my hands are still very painful two days later. I will never visit this place ever again.

   I paid for a ‘top notch’ pedicure for £50 however the reality is far from top notch. After less than a week, 2 gel nails had completely come off. In past experience, at far cheaper places they last 3 weeks +. After complaining to London grace, instead of a refund (and sending a picture of my pedicure) they wanted me to go back to the same salon to have my nails ‘inspected. A refund would’ve been far more sufficient as I could pay to get them done elsewhere. Not worth the price, can get them done for cheaper and they last twice as long elsewhere.

   The whole team is so warm and welcoming, and I LOVED my entire experience. My nails are BEAUTIFUL thanks to them, and Saima, the manager, was a perfectionist with my cuticles. Will be back and highly recommend!

   I had a wonderful experience at this salon. I had gel removal and gel manicure. I am on my third week, there are no chips or anything! It was very comfortable and the staff were all dry welcoming. I was also very glad the gel removal didn’t involve a power tool, it was just a soak, so much gentler!

   Very poor nail polish application and poor filing. Staff was very friendly and everything looked very tidy, but first the filing was very mediocre. As you can see some of my nails are not even linear. Most of them have a very strange inclination. Second, the nail polish is a disaster. You can really tell by the photos that the nails weren't well painted, most clear on the tip of the nails. Very disappointed, especially given the fact that I paid for a "top notch" manicure. Will never go there again and recommend everyone not to!

   Nice atmosphere in the salon and the technicians are friendly. Had a shape and polish done which was a fair price but the quality was not great. For some reason my nail polish starts far down the nail (pictures attached) and I managed to somehow chip the colour 6 hours after it was applied. It still feels pretty thick and soft - there were quite a few coats. Not sure I’ll be trying it again.

   The best manicure in London. It’s always very clean and the staff is very friendly. Thank you, Galya for making my nails look amazing. The shape is always perfect and the colour stays on for more than 3 weeks. Highly recommend!
