Have been coming to Wallington nails for a long time. Always happy with them but lately i' m not sure what has happened. Appointments are not kept , 2 or 3 different people do your nails. Recently, I have had to visit the salon 3 times in one week as nails keep chiping. Patch up job every time. Had them done yesterday amd by last night already had started chiping again. Lilly , not sure whst has happened, but your business will go dowhill if customers are not looked after and get the service they pay for. Also yesterday, another lady came into your shop with the same problem as me. 3 times in one week. ! I will not be back .

Terrible service and experience. On multiple occasions I have booked an appointment and not once has it been honoured, I always arrive at least 10 mins early and someone who has walked in has taken my slot. No apologies are offered and the services simply aren’t worth the stress of being treated like an afterthought.

Have a booking system yet still priorities walk-ins over those with an appointment. Expect to wait 30 mins after your booked appointment. One of the guys can’t do French tip straight, it’s always angled wrong. What a shame

I love their hot stone pedicure. It was a very relaxing experience except from the wait. Didn’t book and walked in. They asked us to sit and wait. It was around 20/30mins wait. Didn’t know otherwise we would have pre booked. Also they take cash only.

best gel pedicure ever! full feet and leg massage, Hot stone feet and leg massage and a hot towel wrap. Toes were done perfectly. Feet are feeling smooth and moisturised! Definitely recommend.

My daughter took her two young nieces with her today to get her own manicure. She enquired about the little girls having their nails painted for their upcoming holiday. The manager was very helpful and only charged £5 for either hands or feet. The little girls had theirs done at the same time as my daughter's manicure. They are all very pleased with the outcome.

Came her a week ago for gel acrylics. I had the photo up in front of the nail tech the whole time. Outcome was horrific looked nothing liked the photo. James filed down on my nails way too much and aggressively that there’s barely a layer of my nails left. I was too tired after a long day AND 3 HOURS (like what?!) of getting my nails done to even say anything that I just wanted to get out. Paid £35 for such horrible nails which I took all night removing. Photos show what I asked for vs what I got

You can walk in but it can get very busy, so it maybe better to book an appointment. she is lovely and her staff members. She has a good variety of colours and she very up to date with the styles. The hot stones foot bath well what can I say. The shop is very clean.
