Came in for a pedicure and loved it! Clean and modern salon, very friendly staff, fair prices. Will be coming back!
My friend and I had our nails done and it was a lovely experience. Chloe was my nail tech, she was very thorough, meticulous, and kind. I showed her some photos of what I was looking for and she did such a great job. My nails turned out super cute and I’m really happy overall!
I was so happy to see it refurbished! The place is beautiful the staff is kind and the nails are consistently perfectly done. My favourite place even though I don’t live in London anymore whenever I visit I come here.
My mum came in for a biab infill and gel pedicure which is what she booked through treatwell. She has always had her hands and feet done at the same time but today was told they categorically never do that, which was untrue as they’ve done it for her before. The man doing her nails refused to perform the biab infill service, instead taking off her biab and doing a gel manicure, which is see through. My mum asked several times why he wasn’t using biab and why he was using gel but he kept telling her that she was wrong. He made her feel really pressured and uncomfortable and did not use any biab on her nails.
I have been coming here for years, hands down the best nails salon I have been to in London. Always consistent with the result. And never matter who does my nails everyone is equally excellent. Can’t recommend it enough. And staff are friendly and remember you.
I arrived at 18:30 and they close at 19:00 but Mya was very happy to accommodate me. She did an amazing job in such a short amount of time. Would definitely recommend!
The best place to get acrylics. Mya did an amazing job really efficient and the nails look perfect and super sturdy. Great selection of gel polish too. I’ve been on/off getting acrylics here since 2009 and the quality and service is great wouldn’t go anywhere else!
i came in and had my nails done by the lady named mya (i think she was the manager) i was very pleased with my nails, the service was very professional and all staff were friendly. had great conversations with mya, the shop was very well organised and well run. would recommend overall.
Jason and Hannah are very pleasant and do their best for their clients. However, there is now a new woman who seems to have taken charge of the salon and unfortunately, she casts an evil spell over the business. My daughter and I had purchased 250£ of credit to use in the salon. 20£ remained of this, however, this new “manager”/manicurist (with huge false eyelashes & attitude to match) refused to allow me the credit as “she didn’t know where it was”. There was no attempt to “find the credit note” which is held at the salon itself, or allow credence to a regular & reliable client. Very ugly demeanour, off-putting and petty. (Side note: the pedicure chairs are super uncomfortable and old. Looks as if they were taken over from some defunct orthopaedic shoe shop) The fact is that there are hundreds of nail salons in central London, all with about the same standards of manicurists. In each salon there will be good and then better manicurists/pedicurists. One only wants to be in a pleasant and unstressful environment for an hour. This dragon woman very unhappily, manages to create the opposite in this salon. Maybe go when she’s not there.
One of the best manicures I have had! Jason was very attentive to my sensitive cuticles and for the first time after a manicure I do not have hang nails. They were able to accomodate me last minute, are well priced for the area and did an excellent job!
