   I’m very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this place. I was taken in 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I had booked a manicure and pedicure, which should have taken around 45 minutes, but it ended up taking 1.5 hours because only one person did both treatments. Meanwhile, I noticed that some other customers were receiving their mani-pedis from two people at the same time - a clear double standard. The manicure was poorly done - the polish was applied starting too far from the base of the nail, and I had to point out each nail individually to get the uneven waves fixed. She didn’t clean the sides of my big toenails properly and cut the cuticles in a careless, uneven, and superficial way. This was not a professional or satisfying experience. I will not return.

   The reception is amazing! Really good and fast customer service, and really helpful. Everyone is very friendly and always doing their best to help out with anything. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional and make you feel welcomed as soon as you enter! The atmosphere is relaxing and they have a range of nail colours and designs and are always done to perfection! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality nails!

   I came here at the end of January for a gel pedicure, without an appointment. I was served right away and offered a hot beverage, which was very thoughtful. The pedicure was great, quite relaxing and the chairs are comfortable. The polish looked great. We are now more than a month since my appointment, a week of which I spent barefoot at the beach or bare feet in fins diving (so rough on the polish), and the polish is still on all of my toenails! I am so impressed by how lasting this pedicure is. I would highly recommend to anyone!

   Lovely first experience here. My partner lives close by and we booked a last minute double pedicure. We had to call back to change the time as we couldn't make it at the original appointment and the person on the phone was very helpful in rescheduling to a more convenient time. Clean environment, very relaxing (partner fell asleep during his treatment) and the staff were great. They didn't know it was for my bday but still treated us great! Looking forward to going back again. Thank you team!

   Very disappointing! Went there always to get my nails done and I was always very happy with it. This time I got the long lasting nail Color which was 3£ more. I let it dry for minimum 3h, but my nails were damaged already after a half day. So I went there a day after to show them my nails and ask if she can change the color. She wasn’t very happy about it and very unfriendly but said I should choose a color. usually my nails last for a week. That’s why I don’t wanted to use the same color. But she said I have to use the same and they will just fix the damaged nail. But almost all of them were damaged! She started jelling at me and said it would be my fold. Wow I never experienced something like this. I was speechless. I don’t wanted to stay there and left. Will never go there again. You don’t treat your customers like this. And I asked so nicely.
